we were picked up by the van.... it was packed by people like an rtc bus. also the person who called me was very rude when travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad. also we don't recieve any updated messages. when we book using other apps....i get the messages regarding bus number with the contract number. this app does not let me sign-in.. cannot rest the password. i had to book the tickets without signing in.
Booked ticket on app. Money debited but ticket not booked. Money not refunded yet, more than 2 weeks now. No response to mails. Customer care keeps saying they will look into issue but no progress. Very disappointed with service.
Worst experience, bus was too delayed. There didn't receive any phone calls until they reach our destinations. They charge very high. Don't book. Ur Appointments r to be delayed with this travel
Ticket booked from Hyd to Ongole on 8th April 2019 @1700/- per sleeper berth. Till 11:30PM i was waiting at Kukatpally, but nobody informed that the service was cancelled. Other travel bus drivers told me that kaveri services are cancelled. Not even a single phone number given in this app is working.
The Bus Punctuality, Cleanliness, Staff were excellent and deserve 5 stars. The overall rating could have been 5 star had if the roof had not leaked, while it rained. The service number is 21 and seat number U11 is the one in question and needs immediate attention. It caused inconvenience and rug has was drenched with water droplets. Thank you for a safe travel!
Best app . Even we will get 10% as a discount in kaveri app without login credentials But past 5 days i am unable to find bus services in kaveri app. Even goibibo is worst just they want to loot our valuable money. Abhibus,Redbus,Amazon best bus service providers . But Goibibo is worst in all those aspects .
The worst ever service. I will prefer walking than going by this bus even if none of the buses are available. Extremely rude staff. Misbehave even with ladies. Do not stop bus even if ladies request for toilet stop. Will never ever book.
Terrible experience with the travels pickup van didn't stop at the pickup point left me and didn't even pickup my calls.

Worst experience. worst service Date:21-06-2019Hyderabad to Mysore. The travel is like a dangerous experience for me. Bus got break down 13km far from Kurnool.They didn't provided any alternative. I'm travelling alone. As a lady passenger I asked them to provide alternative. with a great request they stopped and made me to travel to banglore and they payed some money to driver and said me the remaining money will be keept as refund. I some how manged from banglore. No refund provided till now.
Buses are not showing in app even though they are available after speaking to customer care. Also customer care guy have no clue about this issue
There is sone problem with the app..... During reservation for the sleeper coaches, berths are not shown,without which we can nt choose it
waste app ,alway shows trips not available. but same bus available on other sites .dont install it

this is one of the hopeless app i have ever seen.its showing there are no buses from Hyderabad to Bangalore since many days.. check it properly
never go in Kaveri travels. horrible buses and no proper air conditioning and its very suffocating. all other passengers claiming same problem but driver least bothered By paying 2800 I got down from the bus midway. so pathetic journey..
Worst travels. I'm waiting in Benz circle since 8pm my pickup time is 9pm but the driver is not pick up me. After boarding time they told silly reason you are not receiving the call.
Charged flight charges and given worrest experience. On Board 45 min delay Totally he stopped more than 30 times and shouting for passengers. Reached Tirupati 2 hours delay. 200% we had disappointed with this.

No time sense at all in dropping at destination Bus has to be in Mysore by 7:15am Driver and cleaner stopped the bus in banglore from 5 to 6:15 am for getting money from people who board here which is a waste of time I have appointment at 8:30 am in Mysore which i had missed due to this worst pathetic and useless service So never book tickets in this travels Uninstall the app too
Worst staff. I just have travelled from Nellore to kavali, in the bus number AR 02 A 6899, The cleaner (worst fellow) name "ASHOK" said the fare is 100 in Nellore. In kavali he took 100. He said, u can complaint any where, I don't care. Worst experience with KAVERI travels. I will not travel and I don't recommend to my friends and family to travel in KAVERI Travels once again. Management please take proper action to change my opinion.

ticket number:KAVERI5289481 Date of journey: Apr 1, 2019. journey: Kukatpally-Gudluru. On the day of Journey, bus was cancelled at 11.00 am in the morning.And it was said in the message the amount will be refunded. AMOUNT NOT YET REFUNDED TODAY IS 24 APR 2019 TILL NOW I.E 24 DAYS GONE . AND NO PROPER RESPONSE, WHEN WE TRY TO REACH YOU, NO NUMBER PRESENT IN THE NET IS WORKING.IT WAS SAID ON THAT DAY THE AMOUNT IS REFUNDED WITH IN 3 DAYS. THEREFORE PLEASE REFUND OUR AMOUNT.
Best Travels for Journey....
i have booked ticket through this app. before elections they have cancelled the sevice and informed me just one day before. i had to rebook with almost double price with another service. The pain point is even after 20 days they have not refunded my amount. They are not reaponsive and not attending my call. You are losing the trust and i never recommend your travels to any one.
