The app is not that different from their website, its just as crappy. The app was working fine at first and there's a space at the bottom of the screen that allows you to fit the app resolution to fit your whole screen. So I tapped it and the app keeps crashing. It won't open at all I kept trying to go into the settings or some way to get the resolution back to original way but nothing has worked in my case.
I strongly recommend you reconsider a Kays account. I've had nothing but problems. I bought an opal that lost all it's color within a few months. Had to return it for a ring I don't even really like, but they wouldn't just give me my money back so had no option. Then there is their awful app... the one you're considering right now. They say you can make a payment on it, but they lie. The links don't work so you're forced to call in and pay an additional $10.00 (per payment) charge! #scam
Unusable! Since the app isn't being updated (last update in 2016) it no longer will let you pay your bill or access your account at all. Go online and it can't even find my account now even though I have had to set it up multiple times now!!! Basically, don't waste your time with the app.
I used to find this app very useful to pay my bill and every so often to shop. I now can't pay my bill through the app. When I click the option to pay my bill, it says "whoops, page not found". No longer have a need for this app if it can't direct me to pay my bill. Also, my kay card is no longer attached to my online account.
This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It glitches everytime you click in a text box, never accepts your password or username, and then when you ask to have it reset it takes about half an hour for the link to be sent.. I'm pretty sure they are still using MS-DOS!
as soon as I open the app it takes me out and a message apears on my screen saying that the aplication is not responding, I restarted my phone I uninstalled and installed the app several times and the same thing happens again and again this makes me mad(😤) because I called and i been on hold for 30 minutes to 1 hour and they hang up on me Terrible service 🤦♂️
I LOVED this app because it made paying my bills easier. I say that because since it was apparently discontinued we are directed to the website that for some reason doesn't believe my phone number is valid... and now I'll have to go to a store and make a payment. Which is TERRIBLE timing as we are to be practicing social distance
stopped working completely. was working just fine till one day it just started crashing immediately. wont open. wont let me send feedback. which is really inconvenient when wanting to check the status of an order.
purchased a ring. i can't pay on it through the app because my credentials can't be verified. i can't call because i'm out of the states. so email and online is the only way and there website and email are always down. horrible horrible. such a big company but can't get a decent web page going.
You guy have to do better. Could have given us a heads up. Im over here making phone calls thinking its my phone. The person on the phone helping me set everything up because I thought I was entering the wrong info. Come to fine out I cant pay my bill through the app. You guys need to talk to each other and let them know that the app isnt working. I was on the phone for a while for NOTHING. the site is even worse. Do better!
Honestly was hoping to be able to pay my credit card off of the app but it doesnt work. It says something along the lines of can't find your account. Not worth downloading. Luckily the staff that I go to pay my bill at are extremely nice.
Don't download this APP. Just as most reviews I've read, this APP is horrible. I've only been able to get this APP to work once and that was the first time after repeatedly downloading to try to get this APP to work. I have never been able to pay my bill using this APP. As far as I'm concerned the APP is useless. I think you should be able to give negative numbers for ratings. I definitely would on this APP. That's just my opinion.
Terrible app. To pay your bill, you need to log in to App, then log in to another page. Terribly slow and overall pain to utilize. I'd probably use more of my $10,000 credit line if paying the bill wasn't such a nightmare.
Your app is garbage!! I cant even sign in. I've call customer service to try and fix this problem, they told me everything was all set and good to go. the problem was not fixed and the app still doesn't let me sign in.
Unusable. Uninstalled within 3 min of install due to back to back to back (etc) crashes if the app is opened. No functional features that I could see from the little time I spent in the app.
Its hard to pay your bill. You have to sign in twice before you can pay anything. You can't even find the sign in tab. Don't like it AT ALL. Can you just make sign in simple for consumers? It's just a headache trying to pay your bill.
i cant get anything to save to my save for later and its rediculous when i look at a piece of jewlery and then go back to the list of jewlery it makes me start back over at the top after ive already scrolled for a very long time. so then i have a hard time going back where i left off. its just rediculous. for such a big company ud think there app and website would be top notch
tons of people left 1 star and terrible reviews and my experience is no better. the app is terrible online site is terrible. i feel like i was tricked into opening a credit line just to be stuck with a company i cant actually purchase anything from because the app wont let me add anything to my cart. these exact reviews go back years so its obvious that you dont care enough to fix it. im have to take my buisness elsewhere. i wanna propose this year not whenever you decide to fix your site.
Paying your bill through here use to be easy now it's a mission. If you are already signed in through the app why do it again to pay a bill. I log in and it says its incorrect and I look up my account and you have no record of my account.
this is the worst app i have EVER seen the fact i need to have 2 different usernames and passwords just to pay my bill? the fact it takes 10 minutes on wifi or on 4g lte with max service just to get past the login screen... jesus its easier and less annoying to drive 30 minutes to the closest store to pay my bill
Hasn't this app hasn't worked in months. I don't even know why you guys have it if you're not going to fix it. I've cleared the cache I've uninstalled it reinstalled it and it just doesn't work it doesn't even open anymore. Fix it for better rating
The app hasnt worked on my phone for at least a year. I recently deleted the app and was going to reinstall to see if that helped but I cannot even find the app on the Apple App Store.
I downloaded the app, opened it, it wouldn't show any photos or switch to a new page. about 30 seconds later the app closed out/crashed.
I could properly rate the app, i guess, it it actually worked to begin with. From install to uninstall in 30 seconds flat. The actual app doesn't even start.
If I could give you a zero I would. This is the most awful app this side of heaven. Your customer service is even worse. After going to Vietnam just to speak to someone, they end up hanging up on me! Made a large purchase and I've been trying for nearly 2 weeks to view my bill online so I can pay it, but to no avail. As much business as you guys get I know y'all can do better than this! Utterly ridiculous!!!
The entire process of trying to use this app has been horrible! I cant even pay my cc bill on here it takes 30 minutes to sign in to do so. Shopping or trying to is just as bad. Makes you want to shop elsewhere!
I downloaded the app because I thought it would be easier to see their products in comparison with a Firefox Chrome browser on my phone but no, it's basically the same. After a few pages it stops loading, like it's full of cache or something, and shuts itself down. It's like a browser, a bad one, and they don't have a mobile website like every other store.
