Introducing Kaypay, Kotak Mahindra Bank’s first UPI (Unified Payment Interface) based, bank agnostic payment app. This app will let customers send and receive money using UPI platform without displaying their account number. Customers can create a virtual payment Address (VPA) that is linked to their bank accounts from which money can be sent or received. The Virtual Payment Address acts as a unique payment identifier for a bank customer. UPI can also be used to pay merchants who accept UPI as a payment mode.This application will enable P2P (Person to Person) & P2M (Person to Merchants) payments in a quick and hassle-free way. Using Kaypay, you can do the following:1. Create your Virtual Payment Address (VPA)2. Send Money or Receive Money3. Collect Money4. Link all your bank accounts (part of UPI)5. Balance enquiry 6. Set/Reset UPI PIN7. Check transaction status8. Raise a query Get Started: • Open the app• Verify the mobile number that is registered with the bank• Link your accounts & create virtual payment address as “yourname@kaypay” using my accounts section• If you have a UPI PIN, you can use that. Not able to go past Sim Verification. Sends sms and keeps spinning. Closes itself down after some time and starts again. Asks to send sms again. I didn't expect this from Kotak. Many users are facing the same issue. Now I will get automated reply to send mail on some E-mail address. Instead, work on the App and make it usable. Thanks

Had this app and it worked as expected (nothing spectacular about it though). Suddenly it started asking to update the app for it to continue running and guess what? There is no update because Kotak's right hand does not know what the left is doing. So, the app won't open unless it's updated and there is no update on Play Store! Hilarious that such a large bank has such pathetic digital service.

This app is not working properly, earlier it was a breeze to make a payment - but now every step goes fine but at the last stage when the confirm button is pressed nothing happens the busy sign appears for a few second and then everything goes to sleep. Problem exists from last 4-5 months

Whenever trying to verify the mobile number, it says the app needs to be updated and will be redirected to play store. But no updates are available for the app. Uninstalled and Reinstalled 5 times but still same issue. Unlike this upi app, other banks' upi app are working absolutely fine. My device is OnePlus 6T. The development team needs to seriously look into it and work on it for the seamless experience to the customers.

Totally wast of tym...I just dawnload it and select sim...after that..sim does not select and same issue again and again. I just downloaded The Kotak pay Bhim application. After Open it asks the Sim Verification but sim verification was not done. Same problem showing again and again and Sim verification was unable to complete. I hope that you improove it. Thank you

Very worst experience with such huge bank's digital app. No response from kotak team. Even app is latest,everytime it's showing go to play store and download latest version. Kotak team please fix it ASAP. My all payment stuffs are stuck due to this.

these idiots send u a credit card whose reward rate is 0.25% per 100 rs spent, and when you ask them to upgrade or increase credit limit, they will send a query to your cibil and deny request even if you have more than 800+ cibil score, but they keep pushing u their personal loan on credit card, and balance transfer on EMI everyday to ur email and on the app. Also, the credit card although is free, they charge u the fees+gst anyway and then reverse fee only, so u end up paying gst for no reason.

When I try to register VPA address, on clicking submit the app unexpectedly closes and I am not able to register. Fixes like clearing cache or reinstalling app doesn't help either. No option provided to report the issue in app.

very bad bank service. they provide chargeable customer care number... where our half ammount of transaction charge in call back if we are calling for any transaction query. they put on hold for hours. and charging for it too. all other banks provides toll-free number. don't go for this bank. you'll regret. also very bad...😡

I just got an auto reply on my review I this garbage. They tell me to send them a screenshot of the eoor I'm receiving. I mean cmon read the review before offering me a solution to it. The app keeps crashing, if you can tell me how to take a screenshot of an app crashing by all means please do.

There is a bug while scanning QR code, it doesn't recognises the recepient, tried different recepients still the same, please fix for a 5*, i have a Kotak Bank app and the scanning works flawless, please fix scanning on this app

Can't use this app, first asking to register and once enter the desired address and click on register, app is getting restarted and again asking to enter passcode. Please test all developments first before putting live for customers. solve this issue at earliest. Poor service.

I don't know what is in their mind. App says you need to update but there is no update, unable to use application, unable to make any transaction. Have to ask everyone about their bank details again, because they were added in this application.

Well designed app. Works perfectly. Major drawback-no screenshots. Please review and enable like many banks have done. Impossible to share transaction details with payees without screenshots- why do you want us to use pen and paper to note transaction details?

Not at all working. Always asking to update app on verifying phone no. when it is already updated. No transaction can even be initiated. Totally useless & no attention is paid by the developer of this app in spite of so many adverse reviews! Shameful

App is very slow, BHIM QR Code scanning is not reading easily taking long time, sometimes totaly not reading. Kotak App inbult BHIM feature is better than this.

this app is not accepting virtual ID and not working properly. while creating virtual ID app closes and restarts again and again. I would suggest technical department to review on this and solve it as soon as possible.
