Absolute disgrace of an App it will not connect to my x350, wifi set up exactly as per instructions, tried the troubleshooting methods, nothing. This is a ley feature of these cameras and this app does not work!! Running the App on a Samsung S21 5G. Sort it out!!!!
The app won't connect to my X350. WiFi network is manually connected and stable. All other models it attempts to connect with fine (but won't because I don't use them), but when selecting x350 it loops and crashes back to the connect menu. Please fix this bug
This App is useless. The video just says "buffering" when trying to transfer the file via wifi to either of Samsung devices. Disappointing. Hopefully this bug can be fixed, then I'll re-review. My x350 camera works well.
Not a very good experience with the X300. Camera records by itself everytime you open the app, crashes, and won't change any of the camera settings. Needs work, bit of a shame cos wifi control is the reason I brought the X300.
Bought this cam vs go pro to give another company a go plus better price. App isn't functioning. Tried all types of connection, but it doesn't find my camera. If you read most reviews, they are correct. Shame KB team. I will be returning camera. Sadly as I do like the quality but because the app hasn't been fixed after all this time, they loose my sale and I not recommend. I will also do a social media write up.
Scan the QR on the camera all was swell. Was unable to find any volume increase in the camera so I use my smartphone to check on the APP. There was 2 updates available and they were downloaded. Now the X600 will not turn on period. The user manual has less info then a graveyard epitaph. What is Austrailian for poor quality? Rubbish I think it is. How does updating the APP affect the CAMERA ?
Terrible, this app wont connect to my 350x. Tried this on my s20, partners s21 and even my tab... should've just stuck with go pro. This is the result when we think we are getting a bargin.... Never again!!!
Camera is ok for basic filming. App is useless might aswell not have one. Keeps disconnecting from wifi, constantly just waiting for things to load and buffer.
Does anyone know if you need SD CARD to be able to connect to the camera wifi & app? First time buying the X350 and having problems with connection to this app. Although I have seen the reviews I don't want to take it back if there is something simple that I am missing.
Unfortunately I have to rate this app a 2 Stars as it does do what it says it does but I'm unable to download thr videos to my phone and just won't do anything. But to give it credit it does show the videos I took.
Had the x250 app on previous phone and it worked ok with full functionality, no longer able to download that specific app so downloaded this one now I get no sound on my videos????? Will definitely be looking at a new and different brand camera, sick of all aspects of this brand, poor quality cases and very short life battery
X350 can't connect. Reinstalled, restarted, all permissions. App says make sure wifi is on, it is. Device connected to KB X350 network, still can't find camera. Fix it Kaiser Baas.
Absolutely useless... Takes forever to load the video from the camera to the phone and even then it still doesn't work.. Very disappointed with the app.
After purchasing this camera I was very disappointed that it wouldn't connect to internet. Did it once but hasn't since. As I purchased it to use on a holiday this issue is very frustrating. Sorry I didn't read reviews before making my purchase 😡
Perfect for me . I really don't understand the people here that say they're having issues. The app is simple to use and works as described with my x400. Quality and everything is spot on.
Just bought a new x350, can't and won't connect to phone . Tried both apple and Android bit won't connect . Following every instruction. Every time I select add x350 camera it takes me put of app
With the x230 it won't even let me record video or take pictures. Nor will it let me see any of the videos I've recorded. Seems to not work on the camera alone either Flyby night trash product, and way over priced for being a downgrade on a similar camera
Able to get the live preview but not able to transfer video/photo files over wifi. Seems to be a bug.
App is working now to pair with phone, remember to allow permissions for the app and it'll work fine. Thanks KB
X300 not working with this App, getting the flashing white screen like other users. Using a S9. Wifi connection also causing dropouts.
the app doesnt even open for me.. terrible. i had a chromebook a year ago and it wouldnt connect to my NEW X300 and so i just waited until i got a new chromebook and now i do and the app refuses to open
1 ☆ = 0☆ App doesn't even work for me and my partner, won't let us connect says to turn the wifi on the camera even tho it's on
S8+ brand few camera do everything as instructed but get an error message saying device not authorised contact dealer. APP does not work :(
Terrible app, rubbish support. Do not buy. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app just to connect to camera.
For anyone struggling to use this app, try making sure you put your phone in flight mode and then turn the WIFI on. Also, go into your phone settings and make sure all the app permissions have been allowed. I had problems with the app until i tried that, now it works a treat for my x450. Hope this helps anyone who may be have problems connecting their camera.
