App and Website are terribly difficult to navigate. Also missing features that every insurance company should offer like procedure cost estimator

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Worthless, junk app, PLEASE READ before entering your personal info!! You enter all your personal information, finally get to the agree screen and like everyone else says there's an error. It seems like a scam. That's why the ratings are so low. Don't believe them when they say it's fixed, it's NOT. Thought my luck would be better than the other victims, but no.

I made an account. That had it's own complications, but whatever. When I finally get signed in, I'm greeted by an error and half a GUI that isn't responsive. Actually, let me try something real quick... Nope. It's totally broken on my Pixel 3.

I downloaded the app and registered back in January when I received all my info in the mail, as the mailed information suggested. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and redownload the app recently. I've constantly tried to re-register because it said my email was invalid whenever I clicked forgot username. Now it just tells me invalid every time I try to finish re-registering. Idk what else to do and I'm extremely frustrated with this app when its SUPPOSED to make my insurance/life easier.

This app sucks will not open loaded it and uninstall it 4or 5 Times still won't work.

Doesn't even allow me to log in and all I'm trying to do is sign up. So aggravated!!! 🤬

I love this app! I use it to easily pull up my benefit ID card at the pharmacy and quickly check status of my claims. Lots of other features but that is what I use most. I like having all my benefit info in one place.

every time I log in to look at benefits it sends me back to the app store. also I don't like how it doesn't save user info or it doesn't allow me to use biometric signin. this app is horrible.

This app is unusable. It always returns an error code. You can't even register your account. Designed badly.

Not good at all. It keep saying invalid info but it let me sign on just til the first page and saying invalid email and they sent the information to my email. Its pissing me off.

I love it that I can access my benefit card or check the status of my benefit plan or claims anytime with this app. Very useful and easy! Thank you

Keeps say something went wrong then the spinning wheel of death. I just need my id card to get my meds. 😞

cannot sign up. receive error msg. never received id cards in mail, now no app access this is not a good start

The complaints about log in issues are valid. The app appears to be not coded right. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

I am having the hardest time loging in!! I am new to this app so can i please get some help!! My user name and pass word never seems to go through to get into the app! Do need to wait till Monday thru friday before the app work for me?? I have down loaded the app already.
