When I'm trying to find the value of a car, I get to the part where you can view the available options and choose which ones my car or a car I'm interested in. I click on the plus sign to open the options and they aren't on my screen. The come up all the way to the right of the screen rendering them unviewable and ther is no way to scroll over or anything. I've even turned my phone sideways thinking it would show the options then but, No they are still all the way to the right and mostly of screen. Been this way for some time. Something must be off in the programming. Please fix!

Has text display issues. When feedback was sent, they told me my phone wasn't configured correctly. I have a note 8. It's a mobile app. Not sure how it's my phone's fault. Whatever. I'll just use the website.

I love this app to research all the models and options for them and costs somewhat. Should be info on Auto Dealers and Dealer companies so we can who is who for our business. It's a shame I had to read the comments to fix the app just to use it and keep from Crashing as you open the app on my New Phone. 👍🤔😎

It's sad that the developers have stopped updates back in 2014 on this app for the public. It was a great app. This explains why it stopped opening two yrs ago and cont after upgrading phones. Sad to see this app go. Uninstalling. ☹

Out of date for my smart phone. Options boxes don't load correctly to where all I see are the actual boxes to check not the information.

Worthless junk. Doesn't allow you to access most of what you'd use the app for. Sad that a company like KBB can't seem to create a functional app.

Out of date for Note 9. Really? radio buttons do not display correctly in this app.

it would be nice if the app but the information on the screen and not all the way to the right. this makes it useless to but in the information need to get the information from the app

Disappointing that the app only works for price/value of my vehicle.

Doesn't load the option selection pages correctly on my Samumsg S9.

Good app and book to guesstimate a vehicle.

The interface is really annoying and requires WAY too much scrolling and clicking to price a used car. Once you get your make model and options selected, it produces a vast number of screens you have to swipe through to get to the info your looking for. The web page is faster. If you try to change options or mileage, it crashes without fail.

You have to put in make and model before year, giving you way more options to scroll through before finding the right one, then Random options click themselves. Then to get to prove, there are several pages to scroll through and their is literally a full screen ad coming up between every page. Nearly unusable, but better than nothing I suppose

Whoever decided to upgrade the GUI for this app really messed this one up. Almost rendered unusable. It is extremely slow, and it constantly freezes. Also when making a selection on the brand and car it somehow auto selects the first option when I'm selecting something else nowhere near that selection. Do not recommend. Just use their website.

The app takes forever to load. It makes me feel like I'm using DSL to browse the internet. Click a button and wait a minute. Also, the user interface isn't very friendly. If you hit the wrong button, you might as well start over because it'll take about a year to load.

Being an app dev myself, I normally don't give apps poor ratings because I know how difficult it can be to get right. But I got so frustrated using yours that I had to. Sluggish UI. Loading indicator doesn't go away sometimes. Honestly looks like an HTML5 hybrid app. Overall very poor experience.

Old app allowed me to see values with all the selected add ons, this version has the option to do it but doesn't show screen section when tapped on. Losing faith in kbb. Am only able to price base models. Dumb

I think it's a good app but some features could be better. I personally would like to be able to add more than one make and model to search at a time. Plus I would like to be able to choose number of seats in advance filter options. Also i think the Blue Book Value should bea tab after the estimate payment to show if I'm getting a good price for the car. Otherwise good app

I use to use the kbb app all the time to look up cars. Well that has come to an end. This "new" version is awful. I will be finding a new app to use. The old version was as close to perfect as you could get. It was fast and easy to navigate. Now its slow and confusing. Who ever had the idea that they needed to make the app new and better needs to be fired or demoted. Now begins my search for an older version of the app.

It is so slow to navigate through and once you finally get to the end, instead of showing a value, it makes you navigate through more screens like consumer reviews and safety ratings. If I wanted to research a car I wouldnt use KBB. Cut all that out and just show me the money!

I like the information available on the price and reviews but the app is so laggy it takes forever to get the info. Load times spike at over a minute, the"make"slider is very annoying as it goes past your choice over and over. Going from one screen to another especially if you are going back takes 30 seconds or more. These times are on a 4G LTE network.

Had this app on my old phone and loved it. Phone broke, had to download the 'new version'. This app is garbage. Riddled with ads top and bottom plus when you're almost done keying in information a pop up strikes and tricks you into tapping it, clearing all your data when u find your way out of the advertisement.

Load times are really slow, model name and years don't show up well over half the time. The app doesn't seem optimized at all. The images of the vehicles are never centered in the boxes designated for them. You are better off uninstalling this app and going to the website thanks trying to use this.

I like KBB in general, but this app has some real issues. I have a good phone that never is really tasked by apps, but kbb starts the thinking circle and stays there for a while. It fads the display even though it is active, and forget about using the back button to start over or close...bottom line: poorly developed interface and inefficient search code. I will just use the website version instead.

They did an update a while back and just stuffed this thing with too many ads. You guys really need to know who your demographic is. People just want prices of cars, switch back to the old layout with the super basic and user friendly tabs. We don't need this pie chart stuff and irrelevant ads.
