very good application with easy interface to use. I do recommend either the bank and the app they provide.
Nice and full of useful functions app. The best one of all belgian banks. But there is an issue I'm struggling with: I wanna add business account in another bank, but it always appears in personal section.
The app is very good and all in all quite easy experience, all put together in a nice app. BUT the parking app 4411 connected to the kbc account is close to a scam. It does not inform you that the parking rules are in effect or not due to the time, it does not keep any notification on your phone, only if you open the app. And the best part, it keeps charging you till you remember to stop it or open it to re-Park. It charged me an amount of 12 euros for a whole day... Kbc, this is a disgrace.
This app works very well. I do practically all my bank transactions with it.
My experience with KBC far exceeds my experience at ING...so thank you KBC. Not everything goes smoothly but technology does present its downfall but resolution usually found soon after. Last obstacle I need to conclude is, their Brussels Live messaging services. I am left 6 times out of 10 without a follow at all or after a very extended period. Its corona times but hey pick up the slack!!
Great app, way better than the other Belgian banks I would say. BUT there are too many updates!!! Stop forcing us to update so often the app. Many times I couldn't use the app because I had an old version (from only a few months!). This is very inconvenient. Let us use the older version for at least 6 months.
Very practical and responsive.
The app is nice. however the android version has less options than the iOS version for the tablet. the developers should ensure that all information available is accessible to all users irrespective of type of OP System. i had to install on the tablet just to get the other options!
Multiple banking services are present in the app, no need to go to bank. Application works very smoothly.
The new version has a major issue: if you go to a transaction details you cannot copy the 'communication' field or any other detail. It look alike they disabled the copy/paste. Very annoying! Edit: This issue was fixed...
Extremely intuitive. I only want back the function of opening the app directly in the bank accounts, and not the dashboard. I don't seem to find a setting to change this behaviour.
The app is super user friendly, well done. It really easies my life when doing anything to do with banking. Whoever designed it did a great job. The only annoying things for me are the updates, I guess they are inevitable..
I have been a customer of KBC Brussels for the past 10+ years and always had high regard for the bank and its services. However, this has changed now dramatically with the use of mobile app and dealing with "helpline". I have successfully used the mobile app for several years now and 10 days ago it suddenly stopped working. I have done all basic steps and got no result. The application simply would not allow me in. I then called "helpline". And now 10 days later I still cannot log in.
Each time you force us to unwilling update the version and each time ot consumes more and more internal storage so I have to delete useful applications. Feedup. Either you let us install it on an external storage either you let us continue withe a former version
Hi, I really liked the app, but since the last update, half of the time I can't open it. It goes to the first step, but nothing happens when I tap on log in. could you please check the latest update? thank you.
I like to own what I buy, so I installed LineageOS on my Android phone and limited the functionality of Google Services. Because of that, KBC is planning to disconnect me from their mobile app. In case if such degradation of service, I will move my business accounts to a more IT-savvy bank. I would have switched my personal accounts, but it's a bit more cumbersome because of mortgage.

Very good app with well thought out functionality and features with active continious improvements. I will no longer update because KBC will be blocking devices with legitimate unlocked bootloaders and LineageOS from March 18th 2019. A win for company lockin and a kick in the face for Open Source. I understand KBC have security concerns on Open Source Android releases like LineageOS, but those are misplaced and misguided.

4411 integration is appalling. I got charged for the whole day of parking after stopping the park meter. Ridiculous! (Edit, after 4.5h the App is still counting my session as "ongoing")
In general, I am satisfied with the apps as it is intuitive and easy to use. But I made a sofware update on my Android and the app is not working anymore and I had to uninstall it.
Terrible app...Blocks the payments..gives the error "..technical problem, contact your KBC Brussels Team" however KBC Brussels Team keeps saying "we don't see any problem" and suggesting to contact Atos although their app gives the same error to my current account payment as well...
I came to review the app because i was disappointed it was not within the winners of the bank award for general satisfaction .keep up the good work digital team, your app is excellent!!

My experience has been of a very effective app, the messaging with advisers and upload of documents works well too.
App is quite easy to use. I particularly like the ease of payment with the QR code scanner.

Easy to use, lots of features such as scan to pay, insurance, investments, bus and metro tickets, etc.
Since the last update 22.x I can't delete notification from the home screen they come back all the time i come back... I spent x€ for the fuel and so on... Hello KBC, the same items returns... and honnestly quite annoying Hell KBC, if you technical team needs to update it, they should contact me via my email ! that can be found i guess with the review
