the sub app 4411 suddenly withdraw the coupling with my professional bank account without any prior notice. The day I wanted to use it, it was blocked and I had to pay via another method. You just can't rely on apps because each upgrade can cause unexpected problems unless you extensively study the release notes if these would be available user experience should be central removing an essential functionality is not user friendly

it works fine and is convenient as long as your phone can handle it. I had to upgrade my (5 year old) smart phone so I could see my documents trough the app. (witch was +/-2 years ago)

Initially I loved the app. However, now I'm probably in a 'young target group' through which I get a new layout to transfer money (every step: from, to, amount etc. is a new screen) and it's just confusing. App was great, now it's meh.

I've searched for quite a long time in the app to find the "mobile pay" button to scan a QR code. The only way I found it was through the "Kate" search function. And after finally giving up searching the button, I suddenly found it BEFORE the log in page. Why are there functions before the login page that aren't there anymore after people logged in?

Everything was going well until I changed my phone. Still I can do all money transactions, but some additional services stopped working. Like loyalty cards, or buying train tickets or parking. When I call the help desk, they say that it's an authorization issue and direct me to go to the branch. What the hell, how it's possible that this issue is not blocking me while transferring money but blocking me while accessing my stored loyalty cards.

I intalled the app but cant use it, when I log in it says we were not able to identify you. I went to kbc office and they read my ID, re-installed app few times and the same issue remains. The web format work very well but not app. I dont know whats wrong???

The app is great, except this new 'Overview' tab which just isn't useful for me. It may look fancy, but it's not functional. Finding the info I need is faster on the original (Betalen) tab. So please, stop trying to push that Overview tab down our throat. It's getting to a point where it's interfering with an otherwise great experience.

This banking app has been one of the more user friendly ones I've used, but recently it has become jarred with all kinds of unnecessary options... the most recent 'addition' includes a score tracker for the national football league on the main screen... if I want to see the scores... please, stick to banking, if I want to see sports scores, I'll get the appropriate app for that... or at the very least make these "functions" optional instead of sticking them to your main menu...

Good app, working as intended but missing some key features such as on-demand screens instead of the suggested overviews.. It will randomly tell me that I spent more on groceries this past month than usual but I can't just get the "amount spent on groceries" on demand without the suggestion. Biggest missing feature is a nice graph of my balance, I'd like to be able to determine if over the course of the last 2 months, I gained or lost money overal...

I'm very happy with the overall service of KBC, but this app in particular is giving me anxiety. Everyday is a gamble wether it will work or not. From working perfectly one moment to completely frozen the second. Don't mind deleting and reinstalling, because the screen stays frozen. I've reached out to customer service a week ago, but still no answer. The app almost never works which is starting to become a huge problem for someone constantly using mobile banking. At least wanting to.

In the past really good app. Since the last month's it is not any more. It becomes more a commercial app then a banking app. All the offers should have an option to be turned off the dashboard same with the feedback messages. The goal alert is as far as I know something nobody relates to a bank why remove a key shortcut??? Please make it configuration to add it back. The app does what is needs to do but the UX is going in a total incorrect way...

The app is the best banking app and works perfectly with scanning the payments in. But one super annoying feature since the last update is the forced use of the dashboard. And there is no option to switch it off, or personalise what you want to see and how. My most favourite accounts are all of them and by selecting them all I basically see only a few at once while under my accounts I can see them way better. I'm an IT'er myself and new features are important. But give a choice to a user!!!

The app was an absolute simple thing to use. Until I changed phones.. since I have a new phone the app constantly closes. I click on the icon of the app and it just closes. Like it crashes or something and then I get a message on my screen: "KBC Mobile keeps stopping" and I have to choose between 'app info', 'close app' or 'send feedback' but before I can make a choice it dissapears. I'll try to uninstall en install the app again.

First and only banking app i've used in the past few years and i have had 0 issues besides maintenance downtime which is 100% normal. Maybe a little over the top with all the extra features that i personally don't really use but nice to have the option for those that do want/need to.

By far the worst banking experience of my life. I strongly advise against an account with this bank. The only experience where by App or website is abysmal. You need a card reader, your card and several codes just to log on. That is stone age IT security. If you are a heavy internet banking user, stay away from them. 30 years as a professional (20 in Europe and 10 in Africa) and I have not seen banking this bad anywhere.

Replacing the KBC Sign button on the home screen with the dedicated goal alert button is the pinnacle of the feature creep and idiotic design choices that plague the KBC Mobile app. I do not give a damn about soccer, and if I did, I would have a separate app for that. KBC is a bank. This is a banking app. Banking should be your priority. Revert this stupid feature or at least make the Goal Alert button opt-in.

Recently it became less stable/good than it used to be.. Making appointments at the bank using the app failed.. QR code paying or receiving got slower with the new interface.. Bancontanct contactless payments using the phone stopped working after Android upgrade.. So yeah.. It's still a good app but I'm not having the feeling it's getting better.

But since sign button was replaced with "goal alert", if I try to access Sign via 'Mobile Pay & Sign' it's saying Sign is not installed and redirects me to the Google store where you can see the app is installed and you can open the app from there. Please provide an option to get rid of goal alert for those not interested in football and revert to the previous experience with Sign

This app has been dropping the bar lately. They've been adding advertisements, hiding the most common functions behind useless overviews (with ads), making things a click/tab further away, and in general making the things you want to do more difficult. It's not the worst banking app by far, but I had much greater expectations from KBC, and the app was objectively better 2-3 years ago.

This was a speedy app before the redesign of the main interface. It just keeps loading the Dashboard. Going to the Payments tab is much faster. It's nice to have all the services you need in one app, but not at the cost of loading times.

Terrible experience. KBC Brussels Mobile app gives technical error when finalizing the payment. But actually it makes the payment, you only see it when you check your transactions statements and realise that there are two payments of 500 Euros. Neither the customer service nor the technical help desk has no idea, record of it whatsoever.. Only thing they suggest you to find another camera when next time you receive this error and document it because no screenshot allowed. Must be a joke!
