KBC Sign
Use the KBC Sign smartphone app to securely access a number of KBC's e-banking services like Touch, Invest and Online for Business on your computer (PC or Mac) and authorise transactions. Note that KBC Sign is primarily a security app that also allows you to sign transactions and documents, not a fully fledged e-banking app.
How it worksGo to the login page for the e-banking service you want to use on your computer and select 'KBC Sign' for secure access. Enter your identification code to display a unique QR code on your computer screen. Scan the QR code with your KBC Sign app and enter your 5-digit PIN on your smartphone to access the relevant e-banking service on your computer.It's that easy and secure, including when you use it to authorise transactions and documents online.
RequirementsSay goodbye to e-banking access requiring additional hardware like a card reader or extra software on your computer. All you need is your KBC Sign app and Internet access on your smartphone.
If you're a personal banking customer with us, you can now securely access that with our Sign app. Just activate it using your debit card and card reader or through our Mobile app (if activated on your smartphone) and you're off.
Businesses can apply for your KBC Sign app activation codes today at your KBC Bank branch or through your KBC-Online for Business administrator. I love this app but I am missing fingerprint access.
I am a first time reader of this review session which i did not know before....but after reading all comments..i cannot believe my eyes... It is a real disaster....it is impossible to work kbc sign / kbc business....i am really sick and tired of the constant connection failer issues...it is so bad that after working with kbc for 50 years I have no other option than to switch all my companies with over 20 different accounts to another bank...sorry but i cannot stand it anymore...
The app ist installed on my phone but I can't open it.
When do you plan on supporting fingerprint authentication ? Many major banks apps do...
Should be integrated in the KBC-Mobile app.
When is this app getting replaced?
I know the app works great in some devices, but it doesn't work in my new Huawei Nova 9. I can't even uninstall it!
Complicated
Unusable on a stock OnePlus 3 with Android 8. It hangs indefinitely when signing in.
Not compatible with rooted phones, hopefully fixed soon...
It's an easy and fast way to login and sign transactions. (feature request) It would be even easier, faster and safer if KBC Sign implemented fingerprints.

Was great and stable in the past but since the last update it keeps on crashing hence can't get into my kbc touch again which is very annoying.
Works fine on Android 7 and before, but doesn't work on Android 8

This app combines high levels of safety with ease of use. Congratulations. It is very fast and efficient. It replaces the need for token machines or card readers. Yes there are still other banks which work with simple usernames and passwords (which is slow and cumbersome if it is a good password), or a PIN only. But I don't want my money at such banks. Thanks KBC.

Works perfectly. Bunch of stupid people giving low rating cause they are tech illiterate. Only wish they combined in one app.
I was obliged to download the app because there was no other way to log in. The KBC Card Reader is not working as they pretend. I believe the bank should revise the services offered to his customers.
Don't need to find a card reader anymore. Just not sure why it doesn't support fingerprint authentication.

The only thing missing is fingerprint authentication.
Pathetic app permissions. If your phone or tablet is rooted then forget using this. The developers think that everyone who has a rooted phone must be criminals because of your phone is rooted, this app will not allow you to use it. Note to KBC and their app developers...rooting a phone does not make a person a crook, scam artist, etc...rooting a phone gives us users freedom over our phones...i bet there are people working for KBC that have rooted phones...Shame on KBC...
