The app has interesting features and is userfriendly, but if I always have buggs to log in.... It is useless
Idem as other recent feedback: after update as proposed when starting the app, it does not start anymore. Please fix and push new update.
After recent update does not start anymore. Was perfect until that update.
Should be a good and useful app. However, KBC seems to feel the need to "update" practically every week, so every time I go to log on I have to waste 5 or 10 minutes waiting for the system to do its thing before I can do anything. I've just come back to use it, I note that this review is dated 21 October, today is the 23 November, AND THEY NEED ME TO UPDATE AGAIN! I don't believe it! !!
It forced me to install it I preferred the web than a app. Damn and now 100 updates. Just don't want to have to use it.
Very big app & too many updates
Doesn't work on Android N
Very nice ergonomy - probably the best banking app in Belgium. Many bugs were fixed by the March 2015 update, and crucial improvements made in March 2016 (possibility to copy-paste individual transaction easily). Many functionalities available beyond just payments (e.g. view your credits, insurance contracts, define your risk profile...).
Very-very small letters, Some words unreadable. Please... Make bigger.., you have there lot of space. Thanks.
Major step backwards compared to the previous app: not possible to close the app, so it stays in memory, a tiny gray font on a gray background, totally unuser friendly... Has this been tested on tablets?
I cannot get the app to work neither cbc touch after the update! Which leaves me in a bad situation :(
Can't create a login code, fails every time
KBC pushes Touch, to replace Mobile Banking which does not yet work on several devices (notably my OPO phone), resulting in a step backwards. Not wise ....
18/7: The new application freezes whenever I confirm the reading of the Algemene Voorwaarden. 29/7: still not working !! My tablet is Samsung GT-P3100
A step backwards from the previous app. Hogs memory. Longer loading times. Unnecessary gimmicks.
Congrats to the team responsible for this App. Slick, functional, easy to use and one of the few finance Apps taking full advantage of Android Tablets. A job well done and looking forward to future updates.
This app gives a lot more info about your financials. Functions well but cannot be switched off; there is no exit like with KBC Banking App. One has to kill the app through app manager. Something for next update
Great to check everything when sitting in front of the TV. :-) just one thing: I get an error message when I choose my credit card and the page keeps loading but nothing appears. Is there an update on the way?

Touch is thorough but cumbersome, I find, compared to KBC Mobile. However, both show a dynamic KBC.
