I was happy with the service for last 1 year but now from 3 months its showing to downlode new app and not able to login to this app and poor maintantance of this app ,developers can u fix this issue which im facing im not able to view my kbl passbook from 3 months ,we will be doing more transation in a month we cant go and print the passbook from the bank that long Q's plz fix this ASAP
Worst app I have ever seen, most of the time the app is in the hubg state. I don't know what the hell these developers will be doing, they can't just query and display as this is just a get featured app no transactions happens over here. Because of this even my father prefer to visit bank and get the passbook update, if we are moving back then what's the point in such apps. Very dissapointed with the quality of this app.
Technical issue. It showing as download latest version in Play Store but in Play Store it shows as it was a latest one. I cant able to login into the app.
Worst app and worst service. Want to get rid of this bank. Day by day technical glitches are getting worse. Hopeless why can't they maintain periodically.
Useless application. After reinstalling the application on my new device, it is showing the passbook entries only for the latest financial year. When I was using the application in my previous phone, it was showing all the entries right from the beginning of the account operation. This is some sort of a syncing issue. Their customer care people are also hopeless. They have no technical knowledge at all.
After updating the app. It is still asking me to install the newest version and unable to view the passbook.
While opening the app its showing as download the latest version and there is no updates available in Play Store 🤷 worst app ever

This app is so lousy, it can drive anyone up the wall. My passbook does not open at all, saying connection timeout error for the past 1 month, so I updated the app thinking it might solve the problem, and lo and behold, the problem is worse now. I open the app, it says language and press continue, it seems me back to playstore. If zero rating was there I would have given it
Very bad application. Always bugs and errors appears.
It used to work well previously. I tried to check my balance today, but it shows the balance as on 26/7/21, which is 20 days ago. It is not syncing. I tried again, cleared cache and after all the trials, I reinstalled the app and guess what...I am not able to login😒. Dear KBL, please try the app and clear the issues. It used to work great before, but not at all working now.
Login takes more than a minute. The balance is shown zero even though I have balance in my account. If I login now, the last synchronized time will be two says back and balance says zero. I tried reinstalling the application few times, but the results are same. Cannot depend on this application to view the balance and to get the statement.
Horrible app. Most of the times doesn't work.
Such a worst service provided. When I ask the bank employees about my past transactions, they ask me to use this app. Download, uninstall and redownload. I did this almost 10 times. I am entering customer id and mobile number all the time, but nothing is happening. And if something pops up, it's just 'processing'. And that processing goes on for more than half an hour. Such a worst app. Not at all user friendly although I downloaded the updated version. Improve this app. Highly disappointed. 😡
On line pass book service is very helpful to senior citizens.

Very bad experience. The app doesn't even open correctly. Every time I open it shows error in login or time out. I redownload the app once again and while trying to login the message pop's up stating that OTP has been sent but I have not received even after waiting for 20 minutes. Very bad interface. Please try to solve as soon as possible.
After updating app shows please download from play store....
It synchronisation was slow .need improvement
The application keeps sending me OTP when I try to login but there is no screen displayed to input that OTP. Basically the first screen where I input customer ID and mobile number still remain as it is. I don't get to the next screen but have OTPs which I can do nothing about. Is this app not tested at all? Because that to me is a big show stopper. How is this even made available to customers without fixing these issues.

Unable to fetch the account details and passbook is not synchronised. The main work of this app is also not working. Dear KBL tech team kindly resolve this issue ASAP. So many users are facing this issue. Waiting for your best solution. Thanks and regards
App doesn't work most of the time. I get an error saying "error in data sync" when attempting to login. And doesn't sync updated data sometimes.
Uninstall then reinstall again uninstall and then reinstall I have done for the lack of times such a useless app everytime it make me irritating. Sometimes app is not working, sometimes can't able yo login, sometimes the recent transactions are not shown when its urgent, sometimes the app is not even shown my balance and me bank details too🤷🏻♂️😠 Hope I could rate this in minus or -ve ratings.
App is in worst condition. I have reinstall some times. Whoever is the developer please update the app. It does not login fast. After login it takes minimum 10-15 mins to show my own bank details and transaction. Needs more development or else very useless app.
