Update:The app works fine now. This was a good app. However, after the update, the app is not working when I am.on WIFI. It only works on mobile data, which is not right. Theis issue is existing for the KBL Mobile Plus app too.

Im not able to set up upi pin..whenever i try to set it shows try again later! I came to check the reviews to see whether i was the only one going through this but it seems alot others have been facing the same issue.

I will really rate it below one star if it is available it shows to update the app when I have to transact money through QR code or any other but in Google Play it is not showing any updates atalla kindly i think they have to fix these issues

This app not even deserves single star. Even though I have set my upi pin & enter my correct upi pin I'm unable to check my balance and not able to recharge. Whenever I go to check my balance it shows error code XY REMITTER OFFLINE. I have sent a screenshot about this issue to the e-mail ID given by bank customer care 2 weeks ago but till now I have not get any response from them. Due to this problem I'm unable to use any other net banking apps. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

Reliable app for upi transactions. Sync all my accounts with other banks too. However in the latest update, I am not able to accept payment requests. The button doesn't work. Hope they fix in the next update.

Not working, it is repeatedly asking to verify sim, so many sms wasted, not registering, cannot use. I have not removed or changed the sim. It has just stopped working since the day before yesterday. Cannot Make payments, very embarrassing, since even small payments Cannot be made. Please rectify immediately, since i do not want to use any other app, only kbl app.

Like most of you people I had trouble setting my UPI pin. I used various apps to do it and got to the conclusion that there's something wrong with the bank. Then I contacted customer care and they advised me to mail the situation to the bank. After 2 days the bank replied saying that they they reset the account and asked me try setting upi pin. Then I entered my debit card details and fortunately I got the otp and boom the upi pin was set. So I suggest to mail them whatever problem you have.

Everytime I open the app, it shows sim mismatch error, and then verifies my number as we do it for the first time. Very time consuming process to open the app nowadays .

The worst app ever seen, as there is a issue in kbl mobile plus app I just downloaded this app & for registering it asks to send an sms for which a rupee gets deducted but here it keeps asking & as I clicked on continue... Once twice thrice kept happening same & ten rupees is deducted only just for an sms. Is this is the service you people give. Pathetic worst app.

Worst bank, Worst online services, Even after so many Negative reviews they have not changed and i think they are too lazy to do there basic work. There branches are worst than government offices. There working along with the technology is far behind. If the same thing continues i think they will loose there customers and soon be in big losses

It is a horrible app. My bank account is tagged to a mobile no. and this mobile is already tagged to another account.So it is not taking.My other mobile is not linked with bank account.It is a long process,hindrance in every stage. So I dropped the idea of installing. Can you not develop a user friendly easy softwear? What happens if I have mobile no. linked to multiple account? So I couldn't apply for Reliance Rights Issue. I have find alternate way. Waste of time and energy.

Unable to set up upi pin, made a number attempts but in vain. Called home branch and they advised to contact customer care.Done so a number of times. Did everything as advised by them and it has not moved forward. The message I get is Try later. What should one do now? Forget about this app ? Or forget about Karnataka bank ?

It is d worst app. I as a KBL customer of over 20 yrs am not able to use dis app to complete even one txn over UPI. Everytime there is a new Error message like U13, U18, U66 or U96. Despite explaining this issue a Number of times to my Branch n to d Customer Care since last 15 day, nothing has happened. This is deficiency of service by KBL .... I am most disappointed ...

Since long time many people have given their reviews on all 3 of your apps, whats the use you have not fixed them.. None of them works.. BhiM KBL app works well.. initially had problem in generating UPI pswd. escalated to their technical team and they advised me to update the app with next version. I did and good going thereafter . now I can say that it is not only KBL staffs are good but also their technical team. 👍

Worst app. Needs mobile data to register and wont work on wifi. Sends sms but no reply. Every sms costs 1.2 rs. Still the app is unusable. Why release an app at all with soo many issues.
