Krista's professional dance career includes work in Commercial, Television, and Print. She danced as a Laker Girl and performed with artists such as Prince, PCD, and The Bare Naked Ladies. Krista's daughter, Autumn Miller, is one of the most famous young dancers in the world. I really like the app, it's nicely done but total ad overload. You can barely click anything without a fullscreen add opening which is highly annoying... I like the timer but miss the feature of repeats. You should be able to say "3 repeats of 45s" but you have to reset everytime. I even paid for all of the stretches and I still have all the ads which is highly inappropriate, you should get an ad-free app by paying... app would be a 4 but with the ads it's only a 3 star.
OK so this app is great. Great idea, great layout. I love how you can record which stretches you do and it gives you a timer as well. There could be more of a range of stretches though. It felt like I was limited to a few stretches. But its nice to have a great app and nice to see it on the play store and not just the apple store. However, the same pop up add seems to pop up whenever I click on something or every seven seconds (yes I actually counted). This makes the app almost impossible to use. I understand that sometimes you gotta put adds on apps but every seven seconds? Its just unbearable and brings the overall rating down by two stars. I would have given it a five stars. Very disappointing.

This appears to be a great app but I don't want to click off the full-paged ad every time I choose an option on this app. This is ad supported to the extreme. Deleted! I'd rather get a slightly lesser app and not have to deal with the crazy number of ads.
It was not as great as it seemed, but I personally prefer Flexibility Workout,you guys should check it out its superb I couldn't do the left split now I learnt how to do all of them in just 2 weeks ( KBM talent doesn't even let me watch the videos , so much adds)
I can tell immediately that all these ads are just going to tick me off. It's just too much. Every time you click on anything there is another one. Sorry but it just irritates me.
It can really helps a lot but i hate the ads that always there. Pleasee fix it. And also add more stretches and anything pleasee. And pleasee keep it all free. For they gave you all a 5 stars. =) TY
The ads on this app are ridiculous, even in the paid version they appear every 2/3 seconds. It would be fabulous without this excess of pop ups.
And great instructional videos showing you the different stretches and how to perform them. Now I just need to fix the buying bug. Bought the rest of the videos but for some reason I can't access them.
Giving my phone to my daughter for an hour and a half a day is best thing ever she doesn't have to touch the problem. KBM Talent you are all truly amazing and ilysm
This app is impossible to use. The ads are popping up so frequently that I cannot even use it. And if I close the ad the app crashes. Too bad because it is such a good idea. I am forced to uninstall it.
I LOVE this app, but it has an ad every time you navigate a screen. I even paid the .99 to unlock all the stretches and it still has an ad. PLEASE FIX THAT! I'll give it 5 stars and rave reviews once that is fixed. Amazing app, but too annoying to actually use. :/
It has a add that pops up constantly and everytime i try to watch a video of the stretch it says "cant play video" if you can fix these it would be a 5 star
Looks like a nice app, but it's very difficult to actually get around to using it with all the ads popping up all the time.
Really good apps, but the ads make it inpossible to get through without literally exiting apps every 30 seconds literally! I wouldce paud for it to remove adds but they didn't even have the option so i deleted it.
I can't wait to start this app for cheer leading gotta get these splits but great app by the way ! ❤
I was recommended to get this app and it would be an amazing app if the ads stopped popping up every 10 seconds. I wish to see a change because I really think that this app has a lot of potential.

This app presents an ad every time you navigate from one screen to another. It's so annoying that I can't stand to use it.
the content is nice. but the constantly auto pop-up ads really irrigate me.
Looks like it will be an awesome and beneficial app. WRONG!! If you even think about changing the screen...boom! Ad. Every 5 seconds. Its worse than Walmart, and they rearrange the store constantly!! Had to uninstall. I give a valiant effort...try harder next time though.

I LOVE KBM TALENT! I've needed help stretching and so have many others so I think it's a great idea for them to create an app. ITS AMAZING!
Every time ads keep coming up and when I click it off it takes me to the Internet

It's great, i did all the stretches once 30/45 seconds each (60 secs for splits) and i got done in about 35 minutes, should be doing this 2-3 times longer but already noticed a difference in one week. I highly recommend this app.
