KBON 101.1 FM Louisiana Proud Radio is a locally owned Louisiana Music powerhouse situated in the heart of Cajun Country, Eunice Louisiana. Our programming is a unique variety of music with a Louisiana flavor, specializing in Cajun, Swamp Pop, Zydeco, Country, especailly Classic Country (When Country was really Country). Of course KBON 101.1 FM is mostly dedicated to Louisiana Musicians and local Music, with about 85% of our airtime devoted to local music artists. We are Louisiana Proud and are proud to be recognized as “THE” Louisiana Music Radio Station as we continue to promote our rich heritage and culture. Our slogan is “LET US, BEFORE WE DIE, GATHER UP OUR HERITAGE & OFFER IT TO OUR CHILDREN” and we don’t just say it, we live it!

So glad I found this app and it works great. I used to have to try to pick this station up in Concordia Parish in North Louisiana with weak signal and fadeouts. I haven't been able to pick it up on the F.M. radio dial for several years because there's a station in Port Gibson, MS on the same point on the dial so I can't pick it up on the F.M. band period. I love their mix of Classic Country, Zydeco, modern and traditional Cajun music's.♥️♥️♥️

From Kaplan, live in Salt Lake City Utah. Thank you Paul for keeping me grounded and sane in this foreign land. I have introduced Cajun music to a wide new audience of Utahians, through this app. I can't be more proud of anything. I love watching these people tap their toes to the beats of Wayne Toups, Damon Troy, Jamie Bergeron, Travis Matte (Seems to be their favorite), and many more. I use this app to play over our phone system so they can play it over the loud speakers in the shop!

KBON's sweet Louisiana music keeps my sanity while living, working, and travelling in the capitol city. I am looking forward to my forthcoming retirement and return to Acadia Parish and KBON over the air!
