Total garbage. This app never works properly for me. Most of my punches get stuck in Pending then ultimately fail. Reports incorrect hours when it does let me clock in properly. I can't even file a bug report in the app because that fails also. I am forced to use this and I'm not happy. It's supposed to be more accurate and timely with hour reporting.

When I open the app, it says location must be on to use app. It says turn on and then return so I do. The same notification is still there. I turned on all permissions still the same box is there. I can't clock in, I can't do anything with the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times cleared cache still doesn't work.

It clocks you out automatically! That's not ok. We always worked until the job was done and now they put some kind of hard time limit on that? Also, does it really need to be constantly tracking my location everywhere I go? The settings imply that it tracks me even when I'm off work. KBS doesn't need my 24 hour location status.

Forced clockouts an hour early, forced logouts, unable to log in with correct info, location incorrect at times, app drains battery at an insane rate, and zero secondary option for my location to clock in and out.

Still sucks even with updates wish i could give zero stars & takes up to much space 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 this app is also very invasive tracking my location even when I'm off that is not ok you all need to stop that this is way pass ridiculous and should be against the law.

It keeps logging me out and now it just signed me out and I have no punch in history at all please fix so that I can work and also get paid properly. Thank you in advance for your help with this urgent matter.

Installed the app. It opens with a needed update. I installed the up date and opened the app and it still wants me to install the update. I uninstalled and installed it and it still requires the update

Every week i have to update this KBS app and i'ts wasting my time when i try and clock i'ts telling me to update when i did on 4/20/2022 i'm not able to clock in there should be a better way for employees to clock in and out when we are trying to work ...

It doesn't work it won't let me clock in and sometimes clock out it say I'm not on the job site when I am I hate this app because I lose money for hours I work. Fix it or get rid of it.

The app clocks you out when you're in the building or outside working. This app also kills your battery faster.

I have to come in 30 minutes early to clock in on time. Constantly crashes. It says there is an update. But nothing

It's a good app and all but in a way its not because its not fair that people that lives really close from their job clock's in from home!!!!

Doesn't work very well. It says you leave the job site when that is impossible when you're locked in the building.

Operation is splotchy. Clocks you out while you work. Àpp is draining my battery so fast that I have to carry a charger.

This app is broken! It constantly logs me out and says I'm out of the area when I never left the building. Please fix!

The app has a tendency to clock you out when you are still on the job site. Depending on where you are in the building

This new update wont let me use the phone app i can make any calls in the amazon building

This morning i had to update this app before i clocked im keep in mind im a P.M. after the down load open the app after i clocked it it tells me i have 2hrs to work an then its gonna clock me out. Me just ignore that message an sure nuff 2hrs it clocks me out cant get back in. Update 1/10/2022 clocks me out again 26min after i clocked in im done with this app

Horrible app bring back the phone so we can clock in

This app will say it's showing you left the job site when your still ar the job. And it will clock you out

Countdown of remaining time left not right and clocked me out within 8 hour shift. Lost my job at KBS because of that glitch, the supervisor wanted me to keep working clocked out for free or fired....!

When app updates I lose my clock in and out times

"You have punches that have not been sent. Connect to internet and send them before ...blah...blah" is the constant working feature of this app. Soneone could argue that it is the best feature...you people need to go to IT school put on by apps like Command7 or InPosition. They have flawless check-in/check-out and in-app photo taking. Instead of giving unworthy "instructions" via e-mails on how the app SHOULD WORK, you really need to consider either fixing it or rebuilding it from ground up...

The idea is great. So much better than calling in and entering a thousand numbers. However, it fails to pick up my location often; sometimes it says I've left the area while I'm still in the building; I have to reset the app quite a bit; and right now as I write this review, it says I need an update but no update appears and I can't punch out or in.

Keeps logging me out. States that I'm not on location.

Unreliable. Clocks out of buildings even when it shows no clock in that building. GPS is slow and will clock you back into your previous location instead of the one you're currently at. App needs a major tune up!

Please update so we can put notes about stores. And it would awesome if I could go back at any time and look and see what time I clocked in and out. Also if I touch my phone with the app open sometimes I accidentally clock out or hit new job button. Something like are you sure you want to do this kind of thing or a double click option..... this would be awesome improvements thank you

App clocks you out, saying you left the job site even when you keep your phone in one central location. I have three shifts that the history is not showing that I clocked in. There has to be a better system available.
