KBZ Mobile Banking

Overall experience is good. However, I noticed that the app does not take a screenshot automatically or give you a preview of the receipt when you make transaction. Other bank's apps do that. It's very annoying because once you confirmed the transaction, the app take you to a different page and you miss your window opportunity to take screenshot. Also there's the issue with the OTP, if you choose to use it, it doesn't work at all and locks your account for some unknown reason.

I really want to ask you that the developers really wish us to read the terms and conditions of KBZ Mobile banking because when you enter into the terms and conditions page, it's really difficult to read the words ( because the font size is so tiny and can't compactible with the mobile screen) and even you can't zoom in easily. Hope you might know and fix it.

After updating app, transaction password is locked although I didn't do any mistake. Why can't I use app old version without update. It keeps showing "update ur app". But after update and when logged in with otp, it showed transaction password is locked. So dissapointed. 👎

Update or not should depend on the customer's choice. Now, we have to update the app or we can not enter into the app. You ever don't pay attention to the customer's will even changing our password. It is not good for me. Thanks for giving opportunity for providing feedback like this.

Terrible experience with this version. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and this app doesn't work on my phone. It keeps stopping continuously. U guys should fix this as soon as possible.

On my Redmi pro, After typing the password and login, phone is restarting. That is everytime. I can't use this banking app. Other apps can run normally. So is it time to throw out my phone?

I have no problem with updating app when the update ver is out. But sometimes we're in a hurry and got no time, i can't open unless i update it. it's just the worst.

App keeps crashing and can't open it anymore after Android 12L update. Please make it compatible with latest Android version.

Can't even Login. Still showing 'Unsecured connection' whatever I do. The staff at bank don't take responsibility for this and they are telling me like that is my device's fault. Lol it is on Android 9 with latest update. And they told me to use with other phone. Why should I have to buy another phone to use this? What if the app still doesn't work on new device?? So bad. Hire new Developers :)

Not easy to use. Too many steps are required to transfer money. Moreover, KBZ charges us every action we do on this app while other banks provide free services. Most importantly, this bank is not authentic because it is providing services to the military junta and treat its customers very badly. I will not use this bank when the situations become normal.

App is always slow in keeping up with the Android update and now Android 12.1 is officially public but this is the only banking app that doesn't work on it.

KBz app is worst Transaction is double itself without the knowledge of the honor .. .. it's been three time I have face this problem I transfer 30lakh once . But when I check my history It's was twice the transaction is twice .😭

I can't install this updated app at all, and couldn't use the fomer app any more (when I open app, update is shown so I can do nothing at all). What were the problems with these? This app is a must for me. Plz show me the way to solve it. Ph version is low for this updated app? My ph version is 5.0.1. RSVP.

Our money in this bank is not secure any more. But no one can withdraw their own money except bank staff and general's relationships. Among the banks in Myanmar KBZ is worst of the worst during this crisis. You don't even refill the money in all ATM. No one want to accept the online payment from your bank now. So your mobile banking system is also almost useless because apart from checking balance, it can do nothing.

When Topping-up and press "choose contact number", it automatically make the section expired. It's a way too inconvenient. Pointless button.

This is useful app but i have a problem after sign out this morning. This app can never back to home screen like other apps. So i just press home button to exit this app. Before this time, every exit with home key is ok, I mean that app is locked when i use it back immediately. But current problem i am facing is app is not lock after exit by pressing home screen.It is not lock when i use back immediately. So i feel that it is unsecure if I forgot to clear recent app.This app open forever.

Not good to use especially if you concern with the security of this app. All your money could be lost without any notice in your phone, but the bank will not be responsible for that. If you do not want to lose your money without your knowledge, I advise you not to use this banking service.

The service is really bad. When you have a lot of transactions they deduct money automatically and make the account freeze. This bank is untrustable.

Update always has issue. Tha apps stop working and never syc with Android update. When trying to download this app, not responding at all. Please fix the bug.

Not easy to use. Dislike disabling the back button inside app. Not easy to look transaction history.
