This app is terrible. When open the app, there is no progress and always showing compas overlay.
When app is open, loading time is too long. Everday, This app is not updated. It is inconvenience for customer.

Worst coustmer service ever.Yesterday I went to their branch to withdraw my money. I waited too long and after that they said they have no token.Lol they wasted my time for 3hr.
KBZ group help MAL. They transferred cumstomer' information to Military coup. Please, Don't use this app. Boycott all KBZ group.
App is never updated. It's is a waste of time and gas. Considering the situation here it is reprehensible that this app is making people risk themselves with unnecessary travel If your atms are unavailable just say so and take some effort to update the info on your app and site.
