Before version upgrade, everything was working well. After version upgrade, I cannot even see login page. It is automatically stopped every single time when i click the app. Really disappointed.

Dear Developer, I can't use Kpay mini market. Whenever I enter the mini market, I see nothing but white screen. I think the app's android version is something wrong. My phone version is Meizu M5s, android version 6.0. Another problem is Branch Appointment. It also can't be used. Please fix your app quickly as soon as possible.

Stupid app. 0 star. I made an account and my friend told me that the user does not exit. My friend never lie at me and we are sending with two phones side by side. You are A LIER. And always lost connection even connected with wifi.

Remove the ad during app start. It is super annoying.

I used to buy Diamond in Wun Zinn app to read Books and it was OK in previous version. But its not convenient with this update version. What can I do to do so many things with this Bugged Version. Please reconsider. Thanks. PS: That's why I give U Only One Star. Still didnt work out.

It is a great app but it lowered top up bonus In 2021 . And Please add dark mode in setting and filters in Transaction messages, like, from/to time duration and transaction types : bank transfer, received, buy foods , top up and so on.

Really terrible! Cracking as always, not recommended for your safety and so it does not protect or guarantee either.

I top up phone bill 5000ks but didn't receive it .I did all the steps correctly and already contacted call center but didn't get my money back. Thanks

Booking appointment system is very disappointed.It is unfair for old age users who can only hold books. In some banks, securities are rude and impolite to customers.

Top up is not working. The amount is reduced in the Kpay account but mobile balance is still not updated😡😡😡

Despite having option for changing phone number, it's absolutely useless. The biggest issue is that they freeze a lot of people's account and it effects a lot of users in a very frustrating way. And I can't even update my profile to level 2 myself even with all the infos they ask for. Guess even the biggest bank in Myanmar becomes real garbage after serving the military juntas.

A lot of errors occur everytime I tried to book the appointment. It always shows " the tokens are full ! ". I have many sleepless nights to book the appointment but I never get the appointment. What a worse customer service!

Very Bad EXPERIENCE. Always showing error when I upgrade my account. On the other hand, bank is helping and working for Military Junta, and breaking customer trust and customer rights by sharing customer information and freezing account with no reason. RISKY FOR EVERYONE !!

I used this app for about 2 years. It is a good and useful app and easy to use. But during this coup, they freeze a lot of transfers' accounts without no permission. So this app becomes unreliable.

Always showing error. Transaction message never shows up with one try. Had to refresh, stop and restart. The app is buggy. And sends lots of notifications which are annoying.

This banking app is not working as it should be. It is really annoying to use the app which is having errors almost all the time. Also the customer service department cannot give satisfying responses. The way they treat to customers is just speechless

The worst app in my life. Lots of errors, bugs, delays and it's always crashing down. And it's too delayed to get the notification message on the phone after money transfer. Please remove from playstore asap.

Well I have an issue it keeps going on and on. I'm kinda tired of it tho... firstly I had an issue last month when I top up I received the confirmation message on the app but I did not receive any money for my top up which means they only deducted my money without sending it through to my wallet. I made a complain and so they returned my money to me and now second time happened the same things few days ago. I have not received any responses back from them😣 please respond me help me once again.

I can't sign up with new account and it keeps popping up system error.
