KC Incident Management

The Knowledge Center Incident Manager application provides mobile device access to a centralized Knowledge Center server, allowing the mobile user to perform basic functionality, such as incident inspection, incident creation, and incident updates. The mobile device user can supply up-to-the-minute updates on incident status through the addition of log entries and multi-media file uploads, which describe the latest information regarding an incident in progress. Information collected is transmitted to a specified Knowledge Center server, allowing Emergency Managers to obtain situational intelligence and a common operating picture for daily operations, planned events and crisis situations that require an informed response. Great... when it works. Most times the app just goes to a white screen. Have not found a work around to really be able to use it. The handful of times I've been able to get in the app seems beneficial.
