Great app. Payments can be made on the fly, easy to use, but when it comes to updating, the App starts to malfunction, and when the alert to update comes, you can't do anything else but update that second even if you really needed to use it before the update. I think it should have update now or update later to allow one to use the app especially if one has emergencies, and not time to update first.

It is a good app that anables me to perform my transactions so quickly with ease. I would suggest that you introduce some sort of details especially when making transactions with other numbers and accounts other than the personal. For instance, it would be better to show the name of the person receiving the amount before confirmation is done. Also, if someone is depositing some money into other person's account, I prefer that it indicates the name of the owner of the receiving account.

The app is good but hangs on metime and you have to redo a transaction again. Again, the app could be better If it displayed the name of the recipient when sending money to someone Via Mpesa. On another note, you can send money to your account via the paybill 522522 but it will take close to an hour to reflect on the app. You have to wait, which is annoying in times of urgency. Thanyou

The app is not secure, once installed and you have logged in. There is no exact way to protect the money in your account. Anyone with access to your phone can transact with a lot of ease. I'd request the developers to add a layer of security like fingerprints scanners, iris scanners or at least a pin like in WhatsApp when you launch the app. Also add a tab to enable users deposit money to the accounts from mpesa. Other than those the app does a perfect job on transaction and account keeping.

It's an awesome app, I propose you initiate a product that can help make payments directly to lipa na mpesa till numbers apart from selected utility payments. Also, a security feature that prompts one to recheck the account you are sending money to before pressing okay. Another security feature is, Evey moment am offline or not logged it, it automatically logs out, if I have to use the app, I have to log in afresh and use a pin when sending cash. Two step verification.

The app is superb but creates insecurities when it comes to transfer money, either from Mpesa to the bank accounts or from bank to other mobile numbers. Please try to improve on this such that one can be able to confirm whether they are doing the right transactions through Names. I am ever worried to do the wrong transaction. Also when it comes to the mini statement, please identify with names and not numbers it is easier. All the best, looking forward banking with you forever.

A good app. Reliable. Only problems are 1. You can not install the app if you don't give it permission to manage calls (why??), and 2. It would be much easier if the user could log in using fingerprint.

It is a good app but with a problem, you just purchase an airtime but takes time or does not reflect in your airtime balance and for instance you got like an emergency just like I bought airtime 30 minutes ago worthy 520 has been deducted from my account but not submitted to the airtel airtime balance. I should uninstall this if this is the case

The App is quite good. However,the only problem is that reconciliation using the App's statement is extremely difficult because only a useless code is displayed instead of recipient mobile number. I raised this concern through Contact Centre (via email) and response given was that it will be looked into. It is now over a year without favourable action. Please expedite. Kenneth

I love the app, makes reciept and transfer of funds instanteneous. The free cost of transfer has saved me alot of cash. I would suggest though that you introduce a double step confirmation of recipient name so that sender confirms they are transfering money to the right person before they actually release the funds. I have a major concern against this app. Kindly introduce a way one can verify/confirm the number being send money to. Otherwise, I prefer using only for my mobile number services. Sending to other numbers is risky coz there's no way of verifying that.

I like the update on the App, but a person can still make an expensive mistake of buying airtime instead of sending money, *my suggestion; just below the amount option what if you put airtime prompts of like (20), (50),(100),(200) , (500),(1000)* this will look quite different from sending money. Not 💯 reliable. Fix the bugs. Sometimes non responsive, freezes and when you just thought that you've completed a transaction succefully, it returns "Error" message.

I would give the app a 2 star before it was updated, but now am disappointed since i had started a fixed savings account. Upon updating the app when I want to top up to my fixed acc i am asked to open another fixed account and start over.

Has been amazing so far 2 years of doing business I've managed but am disappointed with the new so called revamp, it won't allow me to even register, I cannot view my balance or even transact, I keep getting, 'we are unable to find your phone no' after 2 years, KCB is unable to find my phone number that I've been using. Generally, app is okay-ish.The tag transaction feature is buggy. When transactions are tagged to a particular category, after sometime they go back to the previous category messing up the category amounts. You can't also view back in time at the categories. Am contemplating changing banks because of these bugs since I raised it a while ago and no action seems to be taken.

The App is very simple to use compared to how it was before. Much improvement. Now, I hope it will have an update soon that allows biometric log in. Sometimes in public you don't feel safe to put a pin no matter how fast you are doing it 😕

Not so good experience. Paid my mobi loan some time back using the app. Later money was deducted from my account and I was told it was for that loan I had paid. Followed up and was told it will be looked into. Two years down the line still no response. The app does not reconcile with account!

It's a great app but I noticed that when I send money using USSD to mpesa the records are not shown on the activities tab. The only Mpesa transactions that show there are the only ones that are done via the app. Kindly add an option to also show the transactions done to mpesa via USSD.

So far I love the app, Nonetheless, the following features will make it 5 star if included. 1) The option to pay to till numbers directly from the app. 2) The option to pay to other playbill numbers directly from the app. 3)When sending money to mobile, it should show a preview of the recipients details, mainly the Name of the recipient. 4) When opening the app it should request a bio-authentication or password different from the M-PIN. Could do better. I'd wish to have a table view summary of recent transactions as a heads up in the account (activity) tab. After using the app for a while, I've been frustrated by the statement tab. The information provided is so sketchy. I would want to see more details about every transaction. Phone number or account number and reason for transaction when I have tagged that transaction. So poor 🤦‍♂️

There is need for the following improvements; (a.) There's need for the user to access the statement in terms of receipts and expenditures (b.) The app should properly display account transfers. (C.)The popular bill list should be increased or left kinda open for the users to add their own bills as and when they incur them. (d.) On the Account, the user should be able to see at least a 24 hour list of transactions that led to the current balance on display. The app is okay, but it can be better.

The app is convenient,easy and readily available to use even in unaccessible areas, I like it.i I love 💕 it.However, some time it fails to reflect some deposit and give the total amount saved, like today I deposited ksh.700 until now the amount has not yet reflected in the account,this challenge sometimes frustrates.
