I filled the application for mobile banking and handover to bank manager few days back. Till now it's not registered. Bank Manager says In Mumbai Server was down and they're tried to solve it! Is it true?

Pls updated it to new features like mobile and dth recharge . And some new features to help online transaction. but app is very good one this keep it easy transaction thank u so much
