downloaded due VZW not recognizing the 311 dialed #. downloaded app, opened, got stuck at the first screen *search for address, * click on map to enter select location, * click on map to staus'. just keeps " circling the drain" for several minutes. using wi-fi connection * LG K20 Android phone * OS: 7.0 vs5011BA GRANTED WI-FI access thru firewall.
App needs to be updated to work with newer Android versions. Links to reports are broken. Unable to move map to different locations. Not usable in current form.
The web developer does not update the app, it doesn't work with newer android devices and mine is not THAT new, my device is 8 and newest version is a 10. I had to delete the app as it's useless in its current state.
Stuck forever on a pop-up dialog with an OK button that doesn't work. Even with clearing data it doss not work. App is unusable as a result.
clicking onto the status of a violation isn't loading. have been trying on several occasions to access information to no avail. please update, or repair this app for Kansas City. thank you.
This thing doesn't work at all like the website said it would. I can't even open it up to view anything useful, the app just crashes right away.
The app no longer interfaces with the city's website, so you can't see the content of an open violation when you click on a green dot.
Needs to update pictures, current pictures at least 2 years old. Resource intensive needs to be scaled drains my phone battery.
App does not work most of time. Easier to use web or call 311 directly.
App will not load past the first screen. Makes it pointless! FIX!
Works well on old phones got a new phone and it won't hardly move around on the map
Needs improvement. Outdated servers would be my guess.
Will not open on a samsung galaxy 7, otherwise app works great!
The app works but really needs updating and upgrading.
Time to update the app. It's outdated and broken
doesn't work with Android pie
Couldn't get the map to respond to my touch. Going to just call.
Needs to be updated since 2017
First, it shouldn't be in satellite picture mode on a mobile app. It should offer a street map view. Second, follow-up with past service inquiries requires almost surgical precision, something unobtainable on a mobile. Third, it's little more than a crude front end for the 311 website which is already available for the mobile.
App is excruciatingly slow. This app hasn't even been updated since its Creation in 2013. Not even consistent with the online version. If you allow photos to be updated online wouldn't seem to be logical to allow photos to be uploaded from your phone? Extremely difficult to see online cases you can't seem to point your finger on the Green Dot to show you open case information. When you are able to see property information it doesn't show you detailed information about the case that the online web-based does
When i reported a street light out it was fixed the next day
This app lacks features that the mobile browser version has, for example you can view certain cases but there is no way to view specific details about the case. The mobile browser version has a lot more details than the app version. This app is not worth keeping. Also I saw a permission that allows it to view and control extra GPS commands means it could completely disable permanently disable the GPS if it wanted to. This permission is totally unneeded.
A once useful app for keeping our neighborhood looking good is no longer is useful at all. I can get a map that I can't move it everything I do seems to make it freeze.
