I really need this app to work and all it keeps on saying is that a network connection is unavailable. I am taking my ailing mother to fulfill her dream of going to KCON. Please help me make sure that we are able to attend by fixing this app so we are up to date on your updates.
It was handy having the schedule on my phone. The only downside was the drain on my phone battery.

Annoying notifications that kicks you out of what you're looking at. Wants access to Bluetooth and to make calls. Why?? Links to external browser so why is this app even needed when it's better to just go to the website.
Excessive push notifications. Very slow to load. Wants access to contacts and Bluetooth permissions.. why?
Crashes constantly. Most links open an external browser, so there is no point to the app.
2017 app is okay, but Why do you need Bluetooth permissions?

Has no direct content available for LA except a map. Found information by going through the ticket menu of all places! This isn't very user friendly and LA's info is hard to find. I understand NY is first, but if its not helpful to both why bother? This needs to have an option to switch its main menu from NY to LA. While its a good start you got a way to go....
I've dled and redled this severalllll times, and it still does NOT work!
Remove your sd card before you download. Otherwise it's gonna show the error thingy every time you download.
Notifications nd updates don't work on Android version. Only works on iOS.

I like the app...I really do, but where is the schedule for KCONNYC?
Nothing happens when I press the menu. I can't check anything. I can only see the featured artists and some of the featured events. :/ Help?
It was easy to use and helped me navigate through the panels faster and stressless. I liked the make ur own schedule feature.

"No network connetion" keeps popping up even though I am connected to wifi. Also, it doesnt even allow me to enter the app. So, I'm not sure what the app is even like just because it doesnt let me enter. Just by looking at the reviews below I can see that others are also experiencing this inconvenient error. I really hope that you guys can fix it in time for kcon so that we can check things out since we are all very excited to go.
