KCQ Scooter

After searching and finding the correct version of the app, it worked fine for about 6 months. Now it will not connect. My phone and laptop see the scooter but cannot connect to it. I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it and that did not work. The app used to bring up the blue K but when I reinstalled it , it shows a little red scooter instead. Wondering if an older version might work or if there is something wrong with the scooter bluetooth. I notice the # of times you push the on button, it changes some of the functions. After power is on , one punch changes from P1 to P2, two punches turns the light on and off. 3 punches changes from km/s to mp/s. 4 punches turns the cruise control on and off. There maybe others that I havent figured out yet

This is the correct app for the Skywalker scooter. App works ok but Bluetooth connection isn't great especially when reconnecting after being out of range (this is a problem for the lock functionality, you need to reset the app to unlock after going out of range). Could benefit from a lot more features like more historical statistics and a better more customisable dashboard

Can't access advanced settings to increase speed and acceleration. Emailed both Australian distributor and app developer - no go. Disappointing. Rest of the app isn't too bad. Could do with some cropping on main page as lock button not entirely visible etc.

What the hell, I just bought this so I could save some gas and I can't get it to connect at all to my phone. It doesn't even show you what to do if your having problems with it so honestly save your money and get a different scooter that actually works with the app and its self

Terrible app tryed to contact the people 5 times now as the last time I used it I locked it at a shop and couldn't unlock it. Had to wait 7 hours for a friend to finish work to come get me and scooter scooter has now since been in shed locked and the app people won't return my mails or calls DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! Total scam

Advanced settings. Can not access advanced settings. Would be good to be able to change the top speed from 25 to 30..... developer does not reply to emails

I have connections issue as well drops out as I ride. I've noticed in the setting on the KCQ app there is an advanced setting but for some reason I can't access it

App seems to do the job, but requires all battery optimization to be turned off, or it will loose connection.. Also the main app seems designes for full screen, as my button tow blocks part of the display, and status bar also seems like it should be hidden. Seems to work for the most part as expected, gonna try another app though due to the odd visual.

The app is so bad I keep on trying to connect my phone to the scooter but it can't find the connection, it works on my siblings phone but not on mine. Like what the hell

Disconnect within minutes of using the app, fix the bugs and I'll update my review. Doesn't connect once I've reconnected after disconnected within a few moments of using the app. Emailed the people who did the app and was ignored multiple times. Like I stated, fix the bugs so it doesn't disconnect and I will update my review. Sadly my scooter is now on the slowest possible and can't go any faster because that requires the app to adjust. Sadly only 1 star until fix the bugs.

An impossible app to use, it accepted my email the first time but wouldn't let me login. I cant reset the password as it won't take symbols in my email and I cant get a text code through as I can't change the settings to put in a UK number. Please can someone help and sort this out as I would love to link my scooter to my phone.

Connects to my scooter and seems to function ok. Haven't figured out how to do advanced settings yet.

Keep dropping the bluetooth and I have to stop while riding to reconnect it. It was never doing this prior to the last week. It's getting annoying and I didn't pay the money I did for the scooter to keep dropping signal to my phone. **I tried using another phone and it still drops the Bluetooth**

Wont connect to my scooter cant even find it when searching. Totally useless and a complete waste of time

Nothing woks in this app. Impossible to created an account. Bad English translation.

No problems at first, but constantly keeps disconnecting and after a while, just don't see the scooter at all, no matter restarting bluetooth/phone or scooter. solved the issue by installing different app (LOO's) - worked in seconds. So the KCQ app overall is useless

Since new update I can't connect my scooter i have tried everything ! Please go back and un update or fix

App not working, now I cant even install it on my phone huawei P30 lite it says device is not supported. Until yesterday it worked. I managed to download it anyway but it wont find my escooter it says no devices. My escooter bluetooth works well its even brand new escooter. Please do not abandon us and repair it. You can do it!

It keeps crashing it just keeps saying scanning even though I set it to remember in Bluetooth settings.please improve other than that the scooter is sick.

This app is trash. If you have a YYD Robo scooter, search for the LOO Escooter app instead. It is a thousand times better than this. I never have trouble signing in, losing connection, or any other issues this app gave me.

It works fine. But the scooter keeps cutting out. I cant connect it to anything other than this app so flash it or update it. And this app has no firmwite updates for the scooter.

App seems fine. Just reset your Bluetooth on your phone. Is there a firmware update so you can tweak the speed to go faster ?

Started to get issues with the app from the minute I installed.... Doesn't connect and sometimes you have to restart the scooter multiple times before it works fine

If I could give it no stars I would app connected ones and then stopped working won't connect to the vici explorer scooter nomore absolute rubbish.....👎👎 would be good if I could get the app to reconnect with the scooter and actually work.....

Inaccurate battery gauge, wrong spelling on gear labels and other several sub menu on settings. Very poor app.

It worked once but cut off halfway through journey now it wont connect to scooter but bluetooth does and my mobile data is on. Can you recommend another Scooter franchise?

The advanced settings crashes the app and disconnects my e scooter. Other than that everything else works.

I'm having trouble pairing the scooter. It won't appear on when the app is scanning. I've restarted the scooter and uninstalled, reinstalled the app

Device is locked on app and bluetooth now has not connected in 2 days. Its not my phone as i can connect to the scooter itself with it but the app will not find the scooter.

Always disconnects can you sort this out please and make more options with speed so it can go faster because you can and the app can restricted the speed
