Every time I open a notification I get an ad sorry not what I'm looking for

The text is too tiny to read comfortably and the loud videos autoplay after a recent update. There's no option to adjust the font size for accessibility. The menus do not allow you to share a link to a news article Disappointing. This app could be improved by considering the needs of the audience.

App too often says I'm offline when I'm not. Then, if I tap to retry, it takes forever or fails to work at all. When it does work, there's seemingly no way to filter for local news only. (Sometimes I'll see what appears to be a site within the site, with local on a news submenu, but that's when the "offline" errors occur.) This app is not ready for primetime which is sad because KCRG is my preferred news source since WMT eliminated its newsroom and the Gazette requires payment for their bias.

After 2 years of kcrg being my main news source, I deleted it. Opened the app, and see 3 actual news stories, and the rest of the page was those ads disguised as news stories from other sources. The few actual news stories they post are either terribly biased, or useless garbage. They don't report any actual, important news. The app has always taken forever to load, because of the ad that you have to see in order to continue to the site.

Fix your app please! For months it hasn't worked correctly. It doesn't load articles (or takes a long time if it does load them) and I have to keep closing and reopening the app to try and get it to work! Very frustrating and has led me to go elsewhere for the local news.

This app is useless during severe weather. It streams forever, then requires you to watch advertisements, then streams some more, and finally won't play Livestream, claiming it's on commercial break. Going through Facebook is not much better with no sound, and running about 2 min behind live broadcast. Finally tried IHeart network stations, but none of them were Livestreaming until 20 min into warning. Then I find out KGAN is showing live footage of the tornado in real time.

I get a notification for something, i click on the notification and the app opens. Then i see an ad i have to exit out then it just goes to the main page and doesn't actually show me the breaking news kr or whatever i actually clicked on. Its basically worthless at this point.

The mobile KCRG TV app doesn't currently have a toggle shown that allows selecting scool, and business closings. The schools and businesses should be additive individually so they can be specific to each user. Thanks ahead of time for fixing this!

Always goes to a white screen in the middle of reading an article and always takes you back to the top of the page when you want to switch articles. Do not like the latest update.

This is the slowest loading app on my phone. We're talking extremely long load time. Enough that I often don't use it when I would like to. Please find a fix.

All it does is load, it rarely shows the news anymore. I get notifications, but then can't access the story.

Terrible. This site goes back to the topic beginning after reading any story, then you have to scroll through everything again and again to continue reading.

fine until last update, now screen goes white halfway through reading and after you read story automatically goes back up to top, so you have to scroll back down to the next headline.

For the last 3 weeks for the la- for the last 3 weeks haven't been able to see the radar as far as where it's raining and where it's not I might get a few lightning strikes can't tell if it's raining my area or not hate the new changes I'm going to go with a different weather app st 3 weeks

Good news app but after you read a story screen goes back to top of the page and you have to scroll through again to get back where you were.

App keeps crashing, telling me that I'm offline and not letting me read the story. Very frustrating!

wow - ads now delay pop right in front of your click so you unintentionally click the ads every time. really sketchy work boys! I'm calling your advertisers to let them know the clicks are being illegally manipulated!!! good luck with your contracts!

Overall this app is terrible. WAY to many adds, and the entire platform is trash. Videos barely work.

Slow ,takes forever to load stories .it used to be great. Something changed in the last week or so.

Pore news coverage. There is far more click bate than actual news and news is not updated in a timely manner.

Screen going white when I open stories since the May 2020 update. Uninstalled and reinstalling to see if that will fix the issue.

doesnt even have front page story in their news feed. there are also more adds than real news

Reloaded twice since my original version quit working but this one doesn't open on my Galaxy S7

Current load time is 65 seconds on a Galaxy S8 rest of the app works great when i have the time to get to it

Slow to load, spools alot. App often closes and says "stopped working "

Once you open a story it loads, then goes to a blank white screen.

App won't open, crashes every time I try to open it
