KCRG-TV9 First Alert Weather

I love my KCRG APP. I depend on it. I love the live weather map and I love the hour by hour. It helps my granddaughter dress for school and or take the proper coat. I especially love that it allerts me to bad weather. I am very uneasy now since the Durecho. It's very easy to use. KCRG has been my go to for weather and news since moving here almost 24 years ago. Thank you KCRG.

Best local weather app by far BUT... same long boring ads over & over that can't be skipped, alerts are not consistent and sometimes after the said event happens. Get those bugs worked out and it would be a 5 star app.

Great weather radar! Zoom in on your home and see your flower beds. Totally amazing and a joy to see the world. Best setup I've ever seen or used. Rate: # 1

I used to really love this app however now it seems that when I click on the notification for s new video clip it double plays and plays even when I click off the screen to a different app. Also, when I swipe ignore on the notification it keeps coming back. Look, I am traveling out of the state and really didn't need that video to tell me what the weather is back home to quit reminding me that I swiped the notification instead of opening it.

Loved it when i could open it right up on the radar and see what was happening. Now it opens with what seems to be a very grapgic rich menu and ive been waiting 3 minutes to see the current conditions load before giving up, BUT wow, lots of ads there. I used to count on the KCRG weather app, but since Grey has taken over, its not the same. Even the TV quality has gone way down.

Go back to the previous app it was much better do not like this version at all. The map on previous app showed more detail without having to pinch and zoom and was easier to see lightning and weather warnings displayed. Do not touch notifications unless you like to see ads. Would rate this app below zero if it were possible.

This is a great app to have when you have outdoor activities in different parts of the state you can always check on the weather condition Especially the radar

I have been having issues with this app for a while. The only way it will show me any data is if I restart my phone every time. I have unistalled & reinstalled this app 3 times. I have checked to make sure the app was up to date. I even sent an email only to be told there was no problem. Very frustrating!

Thanks for getting me through my first tornado warning last year lol. The ads can be a bit much but i understand it has to fund itself somehow. For all it does, it's worth it. :)

Used to be my fav app for weather but recently changed navigation using the cloud icon from home page to get to the weather forcast. New way from drop down menu is not as user friendly. New weather pages are not as easy to access commonly used weather data as previous version....so much so I"m changing to a different app. Try again, I might be back.

Great app. I'd like it if I could have more of what we find in your "map room", like your muggy meter and especially the aches and pains chart, in the app. I'm also not getting any notifications. That could be a problem come stormy season...

The forecast is always accurate but the last 2 weeks the app has been freezing and crashes. Very frustrating when you depend on the forecast! I've been forced to find the forecast elsewhere. Hopefully this can be fixed soon!

The app itself works pretty well, however lately there has been a constant advertisement banner scrolling across the screen whenever I open the app. The ad is of girls dancing around with tight clothes on and aiming their large chests at the camera. Completely ridiculous to have to be looking at this every time I want to check the weather. There should be way more responsible advertising going on for a local network. I have reported the inappropriate ad but never heard back from anyone.

Freezes up for days and I can't use it. It'll open but can't use it. When it works the forecast is accurate and the app is user friendly. It's super frustrating though that the app itself is so unreliable

I used to love this app but they changed the setup. When I open it the first thing I want to see is what's the temp, high and low for the day. Now to get the high and low hou have to scroll past the radar, current temp, hourly and some adds just to get to it. This is the only thing I dont like.

If I've been able to use this app for almost 5 years then why is my temperature no longer displayed in the top corner or on the lock screen? Kinda need that. Just disappears after closing the app. Fix this IMMEDIATELY!!! It's pretty sad that 1 percent of the entire cities population has negative reviews. That should say alot.

It gives great up to date weather but it frequently leaves the city I have it set for and shows weather from other cities in my cities list. Its frustrating to look at my phone and see the wrong towns weather. Fix the damn app.

The original app was 5 stars, but they changed it and made it awful. When you opened the app before, everything was in view - radar, forecast, and the next few days. Now you have to scroll way down just to see the forecast. Bring back the old version!

It hasn't notified me when lighting is near (I have it selected to) and there was a tornado warning in effect but I wasn't notified. It is good for seeing when it will rain and the temperature.

Weekly, hourly & there tv report don't match. The high or low for the weekly report rarely matches current or hourly listing.

Freezes up for several days at a time despite re-installing. Very frustrating and unreliable because of this. When it works, the content is great.

The weather videos play an ad before the weather update and 9 times out of 10 the ad will stop and 00:01 and never play the weather video. So annoying. The app itself has worked fine though.
