I wish the online bill pay feature was a bit more robust - auto fill account, auto fill amount due, show both minimum payment and balance in full amounts for credit cards, and quick links to PDFs of bills to name a few features I'd like. It would also be nice to be able to rearrange the main menu order so I could put my most used features at the top to avoid scrolling.

Excellent. Basic yet fully operational. Updates frequently in which I am able to see the deduction from my account from purchases made minutes prior to my logging into the App. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this App to those in need of quick access to account balance. Also very easy to understand pending purchases as well as previous purchases in a neat fashion and many other helpful settings are available through this App. Thank you KCT...It has been a pleasure to interact with your absolute professionalism

I have been a KCTCU customer for over 30 years. When they started the online app, I was so thankful to not have to do anything over the phone. Their app is easy to navigate and very secure.

Liz was a jewel. She helped me get back into the app & my account. After two men didn't help me at all. They just blew me off & told me all that I could do was to UNINSTALL & reinstall the app. What lousy advice! Liz went over & beyond & helped me where they refused to do. NEVER UNINSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!

Super easy to conrol my accounts, make transfers, and pay bills. Super fast updates. Keeps me on top of my finances.

Everything works quite well, pages are clear & load quickly. Easy to figure out and navigate.

Unfortunately entirely unusable the past week. Crashes every time I log in to my account. Makes it completely unable for me to utilize online banking unless I'm at home.

Love the convenience of seeing my balance without signing in. Hate that there are NO images of written checks or specific information about transactions signed in or not.

At times the app won't open.

Not the most complex mobile banking app, but what it does do, it does very well. It is easy to use and pretty user friendly.

My password is always incorrect. Even after resetting it. Doesn't matter. Impossible to log in.

Have had this account for 60 years. My mom opened it for me when I was 5 she opened 1 for all 4 kids. Have never had any problems. I also bank with Chase and have had some problems. So I really like KCTCU.

This app is great! Since I try avoiding the EXTREMELY SLOW moving DriveThru (Aurora Branch), this app is been VERY helpful!

Fab app easy to use, mobile deposit works great. I'd like more money in mine though.

After my last Samsung update o am unable to log on, it is frustrating

Everytime i try to check my balance the ap shuts downafter a glimpse, idk why this keeps happening so i deleted the ap for now
