There are many drawbacks like 1.sometimes the scroll is not working to select my account to transfer. 2.we cannot save accounts in third party transfer. 3.If one accidentally click submit botton twice while transferring, money will be gone twice. 4.Imps max limit in a transaction is 49999. we have to again add details for transferring again.

I think this app is released without proper testing.Please make this app as user friendly and kindly test properly and fix all bugs. Always shows connection error while opening the app.Unable to select from account number.very worst app.

simple and efficient , Only important thing to note down, Save the security question answers while registering the app, or at least remember it. If the security question answers are forgot by chance, the you can reset it by with help your branch manager.

Useless, you cannot see account statement. You cannot transfer to any account. The only thing visible to you is the mini statement. What have they created this app for?

This app cannot be use after we delete this application after re-installation there wii be a security question and it's not memorable to all there is no other way to get our account back ... Very bad and not user-friendly

I have been using this app for the last 15 days and now I'm getting message that your mobile number is not registered or customer id is not registered for mobile banking. It seems the quality service is provided by kdcb is below average.

It's not user friendly.no option to save payee information also. They have to compare other bank applications and build functionalities

Not upto expectation ... OTP not receiving !! Update and give better interface with solved bug issues !!

Very bad user experience, never install this one. Even preschool student with coding knowledge can make better one.

We dont get account statement (SB /LOAN) from this app. Input only from date or to date..it is just time wasting app..

The main issue of this app that it is login smoothly only with wify.In mobile 4G network,it will work if you have luck.

There is no way to reset the security questions or pin. Once you forget, can't reset.. ഊള ആപ്പ് 😑

I can't login I forgot my security question what a bad app,developers fix this problem I don't know security questions answer anymore, are you kidding please make updates I am not satisfied with this app make more updates 🤮🤮🤧😪😪

While trying to open the account through app, it frequently says , the network is not secured.. !!!

Send our account number or ATM card number OTP to easily retrieve unnecessary security can be easily solved by asking an unasked security question while taking the app. Difficult.

Forget the petname and favorite color... and there is no options to reset those... Now can't login to the site... Please resolve this issue
