The My Reports screen stays empty as from today. I had 2 folders and one ready to submit, was waiting the 1st of this month to do so. Except it's all empty now and I can't even create a new one because I don't have the + button in that part of the app. Fix it soon please.
Terrible tool, extremely slow and buggy. Takes a minute before the search form is loaded (on LTE with a 2 month old smartphone). The website is bad, but the app is even worse. Impossible to use as a business traveler.
Dire. We use this for company expenses, and it is so badly written. It is difficult to use, not intuitive and painful. Combined with their booking system, it is a nightmare. On the plus side, it would make a great case study for a UX course ... on how not to design an application.
2 minutes back I installed the app. This is the first app where I feel the mobile app version is as bad as the online desktop version. It's so slow to delete defaults and switch to a correct option.
easy to use expenses app
Doesn't contain all of the necessary expense types such as fuel for company car so end up having to log in via the normal website. Unable to exit via back button. Needs a lot more work to be decent
Flight?? Downloaded and installed. Go to book a flight. Click on flight/train. Only trains come up, not even airport i want comes up. Very bad first impression.
Lots of time to do anything from checking travel to even typing destination...... slow, buggy and its really a pain in the... to do anything in the app
Keeps crashing every time I take a picture of my receipts!! Having to use the normal online system once back in the office.
Touch ID login not working. Ask again for unnecessary permission at every app opening. Login with username and password not available...
It's very nice and user friendly app and these bank account for students is very to operate for students specially studying outside India.
Still can't close the application on Android. Have to leave open or close using Application Manager.
Enjoy spending your work days with thid garbage app crashing eveey time you press next or take a picture.

Latest update was supposed to have fixed receipt upload which was always buggy,but now it doesn't allow me to add screenshot receipt at all as .png files no longer work. Who thought forcing a 6 digit pin was a good idea??? Why not fingerprint recognition like a decent app would have?
Two words: SLOW and BUGGY. It took me ages to enter 3 expenses as the integration with camera and upload is very slow (even without photo). I keep being disconnected for no reason which is anoying. When adding expense from the + in expense box, camera picture is reversed (???) and date is automatically set to today which forced you to re-open the expense and upload it again (which takes ages again). I used frequently the old version, hope this one will be corrected and updated.
This has always been a hopeless app but it has just got a lot lot worse. If your employer decides to start using this, plead with them not too. It is an indication they do not want you to make any expenses claims
AVOID! It's shocking how poor this app has become. I haven't used it for a year and back then at least it worked. Now it craps out on every expense I try to add, either uploading receipt photos, or submitting text, or trying to delete failed entries.
Unusably slow and buggy. Old version was basic but slick and worked. Since recent updates it is now totally unusable. Can we have the old version back please?
I have never ever had any success with this app for over a year. Absolutely useless.
