App was always unstable. As the other users, recently it stopped working, also the other ip cam apps from this same devleoper. Which probably suggests the maker has some issue maintaining the server services needed to run this app. Thankfully another reviewer suggested the work around of configuring forwarding in the router to the specific ip webcams. Once thats done you can access the camera outside of your home network via your external ip address. Has more features and more stable than app
Doesn't connect any longer when not on home network making these camera's about 90% useless. I had these for years and they worked fine, maybe about a month or so they stopped working outside or off of my home network. This is killing my original reason I purchased these. Please fix/correct.
having connection issues with certain cameras. it's not an internet issue, half of the cameras work fine. contacted support also about the night vision constantly clicking and never received a response. not thrilled with my poor choice of WiFi camera.
This version doesn't work anymore, if you're not in your own wifi. The solution is to download the app from their homepage, like Aadesh suggested. Now everything works fine. I would kindly ask the developer to update their app in the play store....
This app does not work with their cameras. It stopped working in September 2019 when apple and android software were updated. Keekoon cameras stopped working across the globe. They haven't fix the problem. Cameras are stuck on "device offline" BS.
When it works, it's a good camera app. Problem is, it doesn't always work. We use it as a night time nursery camera. 5 nights out of 7, it shows "device offline", even when we really need it. Model 004 camera over wifi.
Like everyone else.. cant connect outside of home network. I see others in reviews are saying to go to website to download app for outside source.... Has anyone ever asked themselves the question why google play store app is not being updated? Not wise to install apps not vetted by Google. Especially cameras that peering on our everyday lives. Security issues?? Who from China is watching us through these cameras??
Haven't been able to connect in last few months, was working good before than. Notice it hasn't been updated since 2017.
Same problem as everyone else, cannot login in over the network, only locally threw the router. Worked fine for years now have four useless cameras. Please fix
Can't even connect to the camera anymore, even though it's on and there's nothing wrong with the broadband. App is useless.
Worthless Now that I can't view from my mobile device. It only works if I'm connected to my network. Same issue as other's. Extremely dissatisfied
worked good at first for a few days now all it dose says sighning in but will not on s9 plus galaxy also will not conect to wifi at all .
You have to delete Google Play version of the app and go to the Keekoon website and install latest version from there all instructions available on website, all now working fine when remotely connected.
Stop working. It's been a month since I can not login to my camera when I am outside of the house. I sent an email to the developer and waiting for the solution.
Worked great until recently and now completely worthless. Fix your app!
As others have said the developer has now stopped updating the app on play store so the cameras we have all bought no longer work on mobile data, such a shame they have done this.
Used to work fine but now cant connect on my phone. Only works when on wifi at home
uses far too much battery even when closed (full exit from app not just sleep)
Stopped working, either fix the app or remove it from the app store
Camera won't stay connected or connect remotely
Can only access camera when at home on Mt own wifi..... What's the point now.
For some reason, every alternative app will also not function if not connected to my network locally. I can only assume all these apps are using the same host that is no longer available. The only solution is port forwarding and using the WAN address to view remotely. Not ideal, but at least I can see the cameras again. Wish I knew what the hell was going on.
