Typical... This is what always happens when innovative products are bought up by monsters... They support them for a short while then kill them off, leaving previous users hanging and with unusable technology. 😒
Great idea, but Ricoh dropped and discontinued this. Ricoh, you could have sold this to someone for next to nothing and it would still be supported but no...
They discontinue the service but I just realized they keep charging for it. I WANT THIS TO BE CANCEL AND THE LAST PAYMENT REFUNDED!
There's no rhyme or reason for the pics to download, even with internet. Strange..

I paid for the card and you choose to terminate the service, NO I DO NOT APPRECIATE.
It takes forever to delete one photo so I have a bunch of junk I can't delete :/
Adequate app for in field post processing/transfer/posting but what app am I supposed to use for my eyefi card when this app shuts down?

They have discontinued this service. Don't waste your time or money
The app claims to transfer video, however i have a sony rx100v and it transfers photos great but not the videos. So did and experiment and found out that it will only transfer the the video also as it is in the same folder as the photo files. This is lame as there is not way of telling the camera to record video to a specific folder on the camera. I will be returning this as it does not do what it claimed to do.
I use the Keenai desktop app to continue using my eyefi card, and it is extremely unreliable. I thought I would try this Android app. First thing it did was import every photo on my phone, unasked, hundreds of them. Upon trying to delete them from Keenai, I discovered there is no "select all" so I could not delete them without spending hours to undo what I never wanted in the first place. Buh bye, Keenai.
Poorly thought out program. It insists on importing EVERYTHING from my tablet, there seems to be no way of singling out an import folder. It imports and stores excess photos I deleted for poor quality, makes a copy of them so I have to delete them twice, and it is very slow and cumbersome to delete them from the pointless Keenai cache. This app has chewed up loads of storage space for images I don't even want. Avoid it if you can.
This is my 2nd EyeFi card fo Canon 5D mark 3. It does't work well after the company acquisition and the changes. Stopped working after updates. Even though I'm computer savvy as IT person, still can't make it work easily. I wish I could return it, or roll back to early EyeFi era. So disappointing.
I have a galaxy 8+ All of sudden it no longer. Recognizes my email addresss and it won't send me a pass word request.l emailed the company and for some reason they can't find my email addressed which I've used for the last 3 years..all my pics seem to be lost for ever at this point..
Transferring pictures from my camera still doesn't work with the latest version on Android Oreo and my Pixel. It was nice before this issue. I would love to change my rating... UPDATE: turns out that I needed to force my phone to forget the wireless network as the response to my initial rating stated. Sorry it took so long to update my review.
Up untill about three months ago this app was rock solid. Now I'm having problems with downloading from my Wi-Fi card. It will download some but not all of the pictures. Super frustrating. Fix that problem and it will be a 5 star app again
App is okay. Support is non-existent. My subscription expired so I went to their website to renew. It offered $49 for a year or $4.99/month. I was using their desktop web site because I find it cumbersome to do these things on mobile apps sometimes. Their website asked for my card info, but never asked what I wanted to do. It defaulted to $49 for a year, but didn't tell me. Further the app still said my account was expired. Even after I restarted my phone. So, using the app I renewed and picked $4.99/month. Now there is a hold on my account for both $49 and $4.99 and there is NO support. I cannot find an email or a phone number. The only reason I gave this app 2 stars is because the software does work as advertised and I have photos streaming into my account now. However, even though the app does work, I would not recommend doing business with this company. They do not instill trust.
I've never had an issue with it. The only time it's not syncing with my eyefi card and I freak out, I realize that I'm either shooting RAW only (not supported with my card) or I'm shooting to a non wifi CF card in my cameras second slot. So basically every time it's not working for me, it's because of me.
I am having the same problem as other users reviews, all of a sudden i can not access my photos or recover my password (which i do know, it just wont accept). This is a pain, fix it or i will find a new way to transfer my photos. I have a galaxy tablet from 2016.
Using a Nexus 5x and android 8.1 (Oreo) the main function (Eyefi SD card transfer) stoped working for a good while now (months!!!), even through updates nothing changes. This drives me crazy and makes this app totally useless. It is get a one star for now. Pleas fix it!
You are definitely not a suitable replacement for eye-fi. My camera refuses to download more than 220 pictures of nearly 400. and the ones I want to show off are after the 220. I even tried a forced shutdown and restart and got no where
Lost my password and despite repeated requests to send or reset it, have had no response at all.
It sort of works on Android, starts adding existing photos that are already on Android, no choice menus are terrible, crappy software, you will waste lots of time with it. Mobi card will not work on card reader, it locks up computer, wireless doesn't work either, can't send photos to Lightroom.
Awesome app for what you need however it has connections issues. Not always easy to use but gets the job done at the end of the day.
Before the last 2 updates i was able to see all of my videos...now i can't. I'm still able to transfer the videos or so it says(the files are there) they just won't play. I keep getting "file not recognizable" like i said before the 2 last updates it was just fine....not any more.
Just wondering if there was a way to access the photographs in Keenai, from another application? The other application, being one utilized to allow the flow of creativity, by artistically redesigning the pictures taken, Photographically... :-)
