Game changing. It has helped me get way better at not only the Lapel Guard, but Jiu jitsu overall. I have always preferred no gi, but Keenan's teaching and techniques have made me prefer the gi. It has made me way more effective and thus made Jiu jitsu more fun. Thanks Keenan Cornelius! Do yourself a favor and get this. The app works great and is very professionally put together. I can't recommend it enough.
I wanted to give this app 1 star, because it ruined my life. I used to love jiu jitsu, especially sparring with my teammates. After absorbing Keenan's system, my guard is now TOO good. No one wants to roll with me anymore, the only joy I have in life is winning gold medal after gold medal 😭

The video rotates according to my phone position regardless of my phone settings. When I lay down sideways in bed I can't watch the videos full screen because it rotates. Also, if I lock my screen the video doesn't pause. It just keeps playing even when I can't see what's going on. Maybe it's an android but that they didn't realize bc americans use only iphone. On the other hand, the content is amazing but it has nothing to do with the app.
