Why does this app require access to media and rights to make calls? Anytime an app requires accessive rights, there is only one way to describe it: trash.
worst app I have ever used. beneficiaries spend the money on developing this trash and developers must have been paid some hefty amounts. all this for what. pathetic

I think there are many option lacking in this wallet account 1) no withdraw option 2)no send to other bank option 3)very slow verifocation process 4)no any new feature like (easypaisa) 5)no loan system 6)where can we biometeic verify no option 7)interfaces looks pretty much old 8)i dont know which i idiots are using it.
Poor customer service delay on verification I am facing verification problem for the last 3 months. Bad app
Registration process was quick and so was adding the money to the balance but now its been six stupid months i can't use that money because their system is unable to verify my details. Called the helpline but they are also useless just like this app as they can't do anything in verifying the details or help me out. And I feel like I git robbed!!
Easy, fast and secure payments
First time leaving a review on Google store because this app is literally useless. Why would you let users send money to their wallets when you're not going to let them use it until they verify their accounts? Why would it take 2 weeks to verify an account?App interface looks like an incomplete university project. Online payment crashed on kfc, dominoes or wherever i tried, glad i got my money out of this excuse of an app. Uninstalling and never making the same mistake again.
No transfer method available. Once transferred, your money is stuck in your wallet. Can not be transferred via any means except online bill payment or shopping. Useless app. Wanted to give "0" instead of one star.
this app sounds cool but i am. having trouble in add money verification, when i put my account number and account title, and when i click done nothing happens and amount transfer also not happens.
Tried loading Rs.5000 from my australian credit card onto your e-wallet. The transaction did not go through. I now am left with Rs. 0 in the wallet and a $45.26 pending transaction on my credit card. This was my first experience of using your service, and its needless to say, i feel quite dissatisfied at this point.
Quite buggy! Couldn't complete my sign up process when I clicked on select button the app did not show any city, And when clicked on send one time password (OTPS) it showed error.
I strongly recommend to everyone to download this app as it is a very helpful and friendly user as well.I don't need to go anywhere to pay bills . From this app I get discounts on different store and the extra cash back reward that's amazed. And very happy to have this app.
I have transfer payment to keenu account from bank. But it trasfered to 'card money' and you cant top up ur mobile number by card money..... what kind of logic they are appling? What was the need to differenciate our added money into cash money and card money. Due to this i strongly not suggest this app. Cause its not uset friendly.
Was unable to create my account as it was showing invalid CNIC, called helpline who aksed me to WhatsApp snapshot of the error, I did that but no one bothered to respond and resolve the matter. Not recommended at all. Update: I DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE ON WHATSAPP as claimed here, stop lying!
They do not deserve even 1 star. My application for verification is pending since September 20, 2020. It's been almost 1 and a half month now but their "2-3 working days" are not over yet. No satisfactory response for my mails too.
Odd CNIC verification procedure with bad customer service. I had submitted CNIC verification after my renewed arrived, got a call from Keenu office, they guy rudely said 'your application has been rejected as you need to hold CNIC in your hand when taking your own photo' seriously! I asked the guy was this instruction mentioned in your app anywhere and he was lost. I sent an email to them and got an unsatisfactory response after 3 days. I have screenshot of app with no instructions.
Possibly the worst e-payment service. Deceptive practices, poor customer care and false deals shown on app. (All info based upon first hand personal experience of almost a year) Arguably the worst customer experience one could imagine.
UPDATE: I didn't receive any call or email reply from Keenu. FRAUD COMPANY FRAUD ALERT. THIRD CLASS SERVICE. After getting my bank account verified, when I tried to test the service and generated a request for payment transfer to my verified bank account, I received a call and she asked me to provide another bank account because the verified account is invalid. I don't know how a verified account becomes invalid. And now the amount has been deducted. FRAUD PEOPLE and 3rd CLASS SERVICE.
There's a stupid thing with this app unlike other apps that is Cash Money vs Card Money. I loaded some cash via Credit card and it says I have zero Cash money to buy any mobile balance and various other facilities. Such a stupid thing! Useless app
Its a useless app. Does not work. CNIC expiry date field is not working. Whenever, I try to pay a bill, its says that the request will be reviewed during next three days, What the hell ? Its my money and I want to pay it for my mobile top up. Why should I wait for three days.
I submitted the required documents to verify my identity, it said it will takes 2-3 working days to verify. It's been more than 1 month since its pending. Uninstalled the app

Worst E wallet app, Add Money in my wallet 2 times through 1bill option,Both time Amount deducted from bank account,but not credited in Keenu Account.Very bad experience.
have been trying to get verified but always gets stuck on uploading images of cnic and portrait. please fix. EDIT: they fixed the issue in a matter of hours. very happy with their support. Keep up the good work :D.
