Keep My Notes - Notepad & Memo

Very useful note taking app, I personally appreciated the storage capabilities and look of the app. But I just recently noticed the lack of the word count, as well as the word count option, which was a tool I very regularly used to get the length of notes. I'm wondering if this is an intentional removal of a feature, and hope it will come back soon, either because the glitch stops or because it is readded as a feature

I'm not happy with "Keep My Notes" right now. I think I deleted 2 notes by mistake. I was looking at them & clicked the check mark ✔️ & it was gone. There should have been an alert asking if I was I wanted to delete. I've checked Trash, online, apps & FAQ's. I've spent several hours trying to find out how to recover notes. I sent a message to the developer but haven't heard back. I'm running out of time to recover, if possible. Very upsetting. 😡

This Notepad is the best third party (non stock) app I have ever used. It is feature - rich and smooth. It is an excellent note app. I know it takes precious time in cost to make and app and maintain it. I think it begs to reason that the resource to maintain this app by keep updating it ( that's work and time) is generated through the ads or you pay a very small fee for an ad free experience.

I've been using this app for a few years now and have created hundreds of notes organized in dozens of folders. I've often created shopping lists. I've saved recipes by the hundreds that I view on my tablet device or phone while in the kitchen. Easier than a recipe book, especially when there is a link to a video to watch how the recipe is made. I love this app!

Horrible experience. The voice ads are extremely disruptive and makes the app unuseable in a meeting setting since the ads are loud and disruptive in public sessions. It is ridiculous to say the least. I would not re ommend this to anyone and I am looking for an urgent replacement to serve this purpose of safe notes that can be used in any environment.

The thing that i liked the most about this app is you can create folders as many as you want. I also like the syncing here because you can sync your notes. However i dont like it when they put ads in thw middles of the list of my notes Update: I hope we could copy our notes too. And there's also a font in text and good themes

I had downloaded this just for trial cause since the day i updated my phone software my Samsung notes stopped working completely as wellas YouTube. I kept writing things in this app and saved it so 1st annoying thing is when you save and wants to exit there's add everytime and second i added some pictures with my notes. When i opened it after few minutes for some correction it was gone . It just wasted my hard work in few minutes.

I am redoing this comment. I was having a problem with a glut of ads that were making it extremely difficult to use the app - but it seems to be cleared up now. There are still ads, but there are not as many and I can use the app more freely. Its a good note app and it does a lot - and I'm much more at ease with using it.

synchronisation is hopeless feature. i changed to a new phone, took a few tries to get it to work. in the end, not all the notes were migrated. ❗choose another notes app, don't bother with this one

Edit: May 2022.. Still trash! And absolutely no support.. Avoid this app at all cost... Trash. Good on one device, but synchronization is a joke.. I've tried over 20 times to sync on another device, and all I get is an "error occurred" message. So I tried to change the password on my main device, and now it says "error occurred"! And I paid for this..

I reset my phone because I was experience some issues. I backup all my information on this app using my email address. After restoring my apps this app does not restore my notes. I am very upset because I had some important stuff stored there and now they are all gone.

It has very good ideas , its a good wrighting app but it push you to buy it for 10€ with all these advertisments (1 every minute), also it doesnt back app your files in a remote server but in the local cellphone disk , that has huge prpblems Update : They made it amazing with the last updates , simplicity and very quick , also has all the apropriate settings and services

Works well to organize notes, lists, thoughts, etc. in a very intuitive way. the folder option and pin-to-top function are especially helpful. I recently upgraded my phone and the ability to sync & restore the app data on my new device was seamless!

There is something wrong with the ads. I press exit to not see anymore the ad in front of me and even though I cannot see anymore the ad, I can still hear the background music. It is annoying and every time I have to restart my phone in order for the music to stop.

There are now too many ads on the ap!! Every time you change screens you get a long ad! There are too many ads on this ap!! The date is 3/1/22 and it feels as if there are more ads than last year! I love the ap but I may need to look for a replacement.

That's 100% what i was looking for, this app may change my life. Thank you! For those who complain about ads, there's always an option to buy a premium acc for it. Upd: 5 -> 4 There's no option of transferring data from one phone to another

Since the new style of adds, the program locks up and won't exit from the advertisement. I have to get completely out of the program and then go back in. I loved the app before. I was perfect. Now, no.

I have used this app for many years and have not had any significant problems with it and originally gave it five stars. However, recently while grocery shopping 75% of my grocery list just vanished. It's happened twice. Why? Very annoying!

I really like it. I would like to be able to sort it alphabetically though. Also, it's unfortunate that each time I've had to upgrade my phone, the notes don't transfer. This time I went through my notes and wrote them down and then manually entered my data.

Ads are CONSTANT!! I used to love this app, but the ads are too much. Every time you exit a note, scroll, close, and sometimes open .... an ad starts and you cant exit. Forget milk on the grocery list? Expect 3 ads just to add it. Im done and I am not paying $9 to upgrade!

Oo Buy the ad-free. You won't regret it. Only trouble I ran into was because I'm old and didn't know to synchronize the app before switching devices. Once I did that I was able to access my notes from a 2nd device. Tried several other note apps before buying this and hated them all. This is the keeper!

This would have been a stellar app to add to the stash of tools on my phone. What I can't wrap my brain cells around is this trend of greed tactics. It is a massive breach of the shareware spirit of try before you buy. Shareware was an excellent model -- you could try all kinds of programs which were coded by all skill levels. The coders got to learn, the audience often got to have a say in shaping next version, people were happy to pay pretty nominal fees for a user license. Ads/high fees = 👎

Even better now with the synchronization feature to Google docs. With recent version, the ads are very intrusive and sometimes difficult to close out of. Except for that, the app is great. As of 2-13-22, I still like the app, in general, but now the ads are really annoying with loud voice and music that you can't mute or get out of. I've been embarrassed when using it in a meeting. If they don't fix the sound issue, I'll look for another app.

This has been my go-to for years now. I have enjoyed the ease of use and ability to migrate my notes. However, lately I have begun to resent this app because of how many ads I receive. Every time any action is performed at all I have to watch an ad. I even tapped the button to see what the price was to remove ads ($9???) and when I backed out it showed me an ad. If I make a typo and go back to fix it for a second; I get ads. It wasn't always like this but now I feel like I have to say something

I downloaded Notepad in 2019 and gave it a 5 star review because of the ease of use, many features and it wasn't too ad heavy. However, now the ad frequency has caused me to use another app. It's got to the stage where if I add a new note, or delete one I'm having to deal with an ad nearly every time after the action. It's a shame because apart from the ridiculous amount of ads it's very good

This app was alright years ago but now it's frustrating. It's filled with annoying adds (which just woke my wife up while making a grocery list). While using it to shop, if your phone auto-rotates or your screen goes off, this app reverts back to the very top of the list and you constantly have to scroll to go back where you were which is annoying if you're shopping for a lot of items. It makes shopping even longer. App crashes a lot while in use losing your most recent data.

I used to love this app. It's still very handy and easy to transfer files over to new phones so you don't lose important notes. But, Jesus, the ads! I understand you need to put ads on every part of life now but seriously?! EVERY time I click on something a video ad pops up and it is beyond LOUD and will not go away until I close the app down. Nearly got me in trouble at my job several times from the amount of noise. I'll definitely be uninstalling.

I have raved to people on how good this app is And recommended it to many. I've used it for years but in the last year I don't know what they did, but the Amount of ads Has become ridiculous. I have several ongoing projects each have in their own task list. When reviewing and updating, Moving from one to another You end up with a 15 second ad that you can't get out of. Which has become more than an annoyance, I will be dropping this App.
