KeepCalling – Best Calling App

I am quite impressed with this app the customer service is fast and efficient. 99.9% of the time I have no problems. The calls are usually very clear but now and again can be a little glitchy but this isn't that often. Overall a very good way to avoid rip off roaming charges.. I hope soon you can get the outgoing text messaging working...🤞

This is totally and utterly useless. I have never been able to make a successful call either online or offline. The calls never connect. I have been fobbed off with numerous emails from the helpdesk telling me that the technical issues are now fixed but still no success. I have given up trying and will not use this company again. Terrible service.

I have tried installing this app in two different mobiles. Huawei nova 3 and Samsung S22 ultra. Its perfect in Huawei with clear audio, smooth connection in data and wifi. But its not working in Samsung s22 ultra when it was connected with wifi. If i try to connect with mobile data then it works. But the worst part is, most of the time the app wont even open in samsung if its connected to the wifi. I am sure i have no issues with wifi, because Huawei was also connected with the same network.

Getting worse and worse. Cannot even connect calls. The app takes 10 seconds to switch between online and offline constantly. The other side cannot hear us. And keeps charging for the calls even if the calls don't connect. I have used this service for 5 years and now I will switch with someone else. Good luck.

I use KeepCalling to talk to my family in Norway (from USA). the quality is excellent and there is no noticable lag time. (for whatever reason when I try Whatsapp to call Norway, the call most times does not go through. This is never a problem with KeepCalling) KeepCallings price is also very reasonable.

I sometimes call my favorite number from favorite in the app and the app connects me with wrong number from different countries and the app charges me fore minute after minute than I contact the app support through the messaging center they used not to reply and fix this problem. But now they are better in replying and giving you your minutes back. and whenever I try to call them the app tells me you don't have an internet connection so I recommend this app to everyone.

When I try to call anyone from my contact on a samsung S20 (or do anything on this app) it immediately closes and takes back to the keypad. I have this issue for methane year. I thought they will fix it but no luck so far.

It keeps me connected to my parents in the UK at a cost that is fantastic. The reason for the loss of one star is that sometimes the app locks up and drops calls.

Its a great app when working 100% There have been times when you cannot make calls, or the connection is less than it would be using a regular mobile line. There is definitely room for improvement.

the Bluetooth feature has a bug. when phone rings it works on bluetooth,but when connected it dosen't work.

Horrible, you can't send sms. It's stays in pending status for a while then the status changes to failed.

The app worked fine. But cannot save contacts to speed dial. No matter what, it kept saying that the number is not in international format even though it was.

Fix the texting Already! Pending text since Feb 18th! I complained to tech support years. You allow unsent text messages to sit in PENDING FOR ETERNITY!?! Have anyone with a brain set the timer to expire in 10 min or less if you FAIL to send the TEXT. You going to charge me for a text you might send 10 years in the future? Wake the F up and fix this mess already. You'd think you know that most new gen loves texting so you fail to keep it working or time it out when you fail royally.

it's voice call is good but offline calling is misleading. It will charge extra for this call.it is 1.2 cents per minute.

after one minute on my conversation with the other person the call falls, and I call back the person and not even pass one minute the calls is falls again this over and over...

Great App for overseas calling. I call Ireland almost daily from US and South America. $5 a month unlimited. Can't beat that anywhere that I'm aware. Great Service and highly recommended.

Hàve used it for years. Affordable long distance calling. Sometimes the sound quality is poor, but we just call again and that usually solves the issue. UPDATE: I cannot figure out the issue, but it started out with calls that were mostly broken and now when I call someone, it gives me 1 ringtone and then silence. EDIT: I have finally gotten some room on my phone to put the app not and it works much better on here. Usually very clear.

Since moving overseas it's been difficult to keep in contact with anyone from back in the U.S. because of the cost. With KeepCalling it cuts the cost down so that I can call anywhere in the U.S. and even tells how much credit is left after the calls. The only problem I've had with it has been an occasional clicking sound on the calls. Fix that and the app would be perfect.

Works well for calls from the UK to Brazil. Both to mobile and to landline. From what i understand this app uses some clever technology to bounce our calls through the best possible route of VOIP servers till the destination, transforming it to a local free call (Hence why it's almost free). A few times it would not connect, but normally it works well. Consider using a good stable internet connection to call, otherwise this app will not make miracles. I don't feel I can trust it's sigil, though.

If you are still considering, DO NOT get this app. This dumb app keeps telling that my internet connection is not strong. My internet speed is 500 mbps. I never had any issues with any other apps, streaming, gaming, download etc. It worked fine when it did. It doesn't work anymore. This is just a rip off as money left in my account is a waste.

Keeps saying " Offline". I have to keep tapping on the contact I want to call at times, just so it can go through when I am in the house. Now when I am out of the house for instant driving and I want to make a call. The line is like ringing but you can't hear it, even when the person picks up. This app needs to be fixed !

I have 3 charges on my account instead of 2. The app stated that the transaction was not processed and I can see I have been charged 3 times on my account. I received the pin only once on my email and a credit on my app. 1 of the charges should not be on my account

It is a scam! Paid monthly plan and can only hear my own voice.

I got this app when Google Hangouts decided to end its services in Canada April 1. UI is good for sure and rates seem reasonable across the board. I find the sound and clarity on the calls is sometimes lacking, also with some lag time, which I rarely experienced on hangouts. Otherwise, a solid well designed app.

Works pretty well as long as I sit still during the call. I've learnef that if I move around the call may drop, which is annoying. This happened twice during the last call to the US from Canada. Also happened during some previous calls. Other than that, it's a good service. The price is certainly good.
