App is beautifully designed, but would be nice if it would actually work. Tried adding my friends multiple times and it only brought them to a download link for the app. Also inviting your contacts doesn't actually send any invites. They just stay as pending. Upsetting because I was looking forward to using this app.
Signing up using the app registers accounts in the US. There is no option to select the region it signs you up to. My existing account is in the EU but my family would end up on US servers. There is no interworking between regions. This means it won't work for me and my family or if you have family in different parts of the world. No practical workaround exists because it redirects signing up using web browser access to your region. Would be great if it wasn't broken.
The app can't find my phone camera. I'm running the most updated android version. *Edit: the support team found the coding error and pushed out a fix within a week. Now it seems to work great!
myKeeperChat is wonderful when working,but recently it won"t open,and i can:t get feedback.........its like its frozen,2 weeks now........help me fix it,i really like this app. all of this happened when the GIF doenloaded.
The best password manager and I've literally used them all. If you are looking for a combination of security and efficiency then this app will suffice perfectly. Perfection, imo.
I purchased a full option from these crud pushers and felt confident that all was well except for purchasing an extra one lesser level from fully loaded. I wantef the extra 10GB on encrypted storage but i found out quockly that a massive amound of reading is nessasary not just to unferstand what you purchased and how to use it but also lots of reading just to get through a lot of the stupid reading just for readings sakes. Anyway i was never able to use the 50GB OR 10GB Of encrypted storage FU
was ok until update a few weeks ago. now it is slow and freezes. takes 1 to 2 seconds to respond to each operation ... so if you have an android phone then you are going to suffer. shame this update is so bad. up until a few weeks ago I would have rated much higher.
It keeps telling me to pay for advanced settings which I have previously. Support suggest I log back in and I have but nothing. I tried to switch email now I'm totally confused of what to do.
I like it, but it sure locks up and crashes a lot, and it's not very consistent with notifications. It's very buggy. I hope there's an update coming soon.
03/10/20: Paid Subscriber: Same experience as a number of other users, poor customer service, canned responses, app freezing also with the password app. I will not be continuing after my subscription ends.

sent an invite to some of my contacts that i did NOT invite or even CONSENT to invite! definitely uninstalling! the only reason they got 2 stars and not 1 is because i like the idea behind it.
Stuck in a loop verifying my email address cannot seem to send out a message.
Crashing on OnePlus 6t on media upload. Support has stopped responding to me which is concerning.
my photos I have saved only can be seen in in a grid view when I click it is easy unavailable

I just started using the app and have only one friend on the app at this time. I have been using Keeper for passwords for over 6 years and I have loved it and never had any issues with it. That makes me give the app the rating I have given.

Don't save pics or vids here. You cannot retrieve them, you cannot download them, they are apparently in purgatory somewhere. I have sent multiple messages to the provided link with no response from anyone, including the in-app messenger. I would gladly give it 5 stars if this feature changed. The chat service functions as it should, no complaints on that.
