Really like the app and its intent and set up. But I keep getting error messages when trying to save something or make changes, or it freezes. I just uninstalled it and am trying to reinstall now to see if it works
I love this app, and happily paid the $10 a year for it. But hiking the price more than 400% is ridiculous and unaffordable. And $8 a month is hardly any more reasonable. You're losing a lot of long time paying customers through this decision.
This app completely ruins the quality of the pictures. Any handwritten words can't even be read. Also if I'm downloading this app it's clearly because my kid has a bunch of stuff I'm trying to clear out, but it wants you to pay after just 7 uploads. I have 3 kids. 7 definitely isn't enough and I'm certainly not paying to store bad quality pictures.
I enjoy this app! I use it to store images of many of my daughter's art projects & schoolwork that I don't feel a need to keep a hard copy, but want to archive in pictures. Enjoy sharing the images with family members who can comment on the pics & videos.
Terrible service. I have had keepys removed from my account and seemingly deleted....not by me.. I have emailed customer support multiple times with no response. Things that I have saved from when my kids were little and now they're gone. Also I paid up front for 1 year in full. That payment was taken and they are charging me monthly. Very unhappy.
seriously? it went from $2.99/month to $7.99/month??? I will be uninstalling. I'm not paying 7.99 a month for this (or 45.99/year). The app itself is fine, it's just not THAT cool. I'll be switching to Google Drive.
Love the app however my phone let's me know it's ALWAYS running in the background unless I force stop or restart my phone. Why??? Why does it need to be running and draining my battery when I don't want it/use it? Fix it and 5 stars Love the app but would like a place to create a photo book for my kids
App has been great and used for a few years until recently it won't load on my phone. I have tried uninstalling it but when I try to open the app, I only get a blank screen. It won't work anymore.
Tried installing twice. Both times the app came up with an error message when tryig to upload images. It then insisted I had already uploaded 7. Waste of time.
Terrible. Doesn't work at all. I've tried adding photos and it just doesn't add them and hangs forever. I paid for a subscription too. Waste of time and money.
Wife subscribed to unlimited, but it has not given me the unlimited features, and no one has responded to my questions/requests for help.
App worked for awhile, now won't save new images. Contacted support and heard nothing back. Would refund if I could.
Not user friendly! I don't want to add a kid, I want to view my grandsons at that my daughter posted on Keepy! Can't see them all! There is no way to contact Keepy on the app. It would be helpful to instruct here how to view an existing account.
Downloaded the app, tried to sign up and kept getting a "you're not connected to internet " message! Tried several times, and I was connected on internet all this time and then gave up! Wasted my time!
False advertising stating "Keepy is FREE to download and free to use forever" but first thing you see when installed is $12 per month charge or $70 annual charge! Uninstalled instantly!!
I really like keepy. I would love more tags or free tagging so you can group things together by theme too. I've just upgraded to the paid version to keep up with the amount of artwork we're getting!
This app accesed my camera in the background when the I have never used this app. There is no reason for this to happen without permission. This make me suspicious of creepers. Uninstalling!
Super frustrating. Every time I click to add a photo it just takes me back to the log in screen (even though I'm already logged in)
I have used this app for over 3 years. The best app I have used . Easy to use, consistent user experience and customer service is second to none! Try it out! You will get hooked and use it daily.
Keeps kicking me out and asking for log in details. Uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times. Same problem. Waste of time.
Love Keepy! Been using it for years and it's a great way to keep family overseas in touch with what my little girl is up to.

monthly shows one price and Annual shows 50% off but cost more than annual. fix this bug as I want to sign up annually but want to save 50% too
I was charged $29.99 10xs on the same day, and can not even access my information 😡😡 I'd give it negative 10 stars if I could.
Been using this app for since my daughter turned 2. She is 5 now. It has truly replaced the old photo albums I used to have when I was a kid. It stores all pictures to a dropbox folder, so I know the pictures will last if for some reason Keepy itself changes or goes away. A handful of relatives and very close friends have access...those people that really want to see the day to day life of my daughter. If there is something I want to share to a bigger audience, I post it on Instagram or somewhere more public, but this is our place for everything.
