Details of loan payments (showing the amount of interest and amount of principle) are no longer available. The "details" screen only shows the amount of payment and the new loan balance. If you want to know the portion that was applied to interest, you have to subtract the previous loan balance from the current balance and then subtract that amount from the total payment amount. I can't comprehend how a modern banking app could knowingly be designed without this basic level of detail.

Down for maintenance most of the time. When it does let you past the quick view page you MIGHT be able to login. But if you get past those walls chances are it will glitch out and not let you do anything else. It works MAYBE 1 out of 10 times you try it. If you are going to use it for quick view only it's perfect for you. If you want to see a new app icon every 4 months also perfect for you. If you want history or transfer money between accounts just use their text service.

App is OK, but fairly glitchy, especially when doing transfers. It locks up many times when trying to transfer money between accounts, and you have to close the app. Then you don't know if it went through or not. Also, when you exit the app, often it will pop back open. I've also had it pop open to Express View when trying to open other apps.

The old version worked just fine and easy. Since this new upgrade every step has been difficult. It either dont want to load, or I put the pass word in but it just resets like I never entered anything In, or sometime just randomly just logs out even while I'm using the app. It's very frustrating the mobile app is no longer reliable to use. It's to the point I just have to log in to the web site or just drive to the branch. I have tried to uninstall restarts it just full of glitches. Please fix!

Network error all the time. I uninstalled and reinstalled without success. It use to work great, but last few months it had been a pain. It is aggravating when you spend hours trying to view your account with no success. Someone is dropping the ball managing this app.

I've always loved the Kessler mobile app but ever since this update , the app is absolutely terrible. I can never log in and it takes forever to load. All of my money is sent to my savings so sometimes I need to transfer money over into my checking account. I can't do that on a whim anymore because the app is so glitchy. I can log in online on my computer but when I type my password into the app, it says invalid credentials. Please fix this. I would love to continue to use the app. Thank you!

My rating is less than a one. The app does not work. It will not access my data. I have had to redo everything on the site, change my password, etc. This app worked just fine when I accessed it yesterday. I also did not have to change my account info till today. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Had an account with Keesler since 70s/80s. Had no problems till today.

Normally would be 5 stars until April 1st. I loved our banking app ,now it has had nothing but problems. It is continually down for maintenance and now there is a bug. The bug is locking us out completely, when you get to the login in screen it tells you to load the most current version of KFCU. Well I have the most current version and I am still completely blocked. So now what???? PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!! GOBACK TO HOW IT WAS THIS IS TERRIBLE!!

Since the update and the new scheme, the app has been painfully slow to load. Also, when it does get to the login screen. It sometimes doesn't login or display a wrong user or password warning it just clears out the info, even when the info is correct.

Having the app is convenient.....when it works. About 3/4 of the time it is nothing but a headache!! It does not let me sign in or even preview my account. When I put my information in, it acts like it does not register at all. I am so sick of the app and the online banking system that I am seriously considering going to a completely different bank. I think if the banks can spend money to update the branches, they could at least spend some time updating the app!!

App is so poor I'm considering changing banks. Fine for checking your balance about half the time, but forget trying to do anything that requires a log-in. Gives a constant network error. That means no transfers, no mobile check deposit, nothing more complex than a peep at your balance. Why even have an app at all?

App is junk! Constant "network error" messages that will not allow log in, then if you can get past that error message, it takes 5-10 times to actually get into your acct. I'm over KFCU, in the process of moving mine and my wife's accounts to Ally bank online. At least there, our money will earn much higher interest, and they'll care about a functioning app, since they are 100% online.

Bugs and issues abound! Internal transfers worked only 25% of the time. Now, the app has seized completely and instructs me to install the most recent version. There haven't been any updates since October, 2019. This is frustrating to say the least.

First off, Keesler needs to allow Samsung, Google and Apple pay. It would do wonders for them. Second, this app is mediocre, at best. Most times, I'm having to uninstall and reinstall it to get rid of the connection error I get 60% of the time. They need to look at USAAs app, or Navy Federals, and get with the program.

God, this app is awful. It hardly ever works, they're always doing maintenance, more times than I can remember, Ive had problems with the accuracy of the amount of money in my account. Ive even had to go to a branch of the bank to fix errors on my account as a result of using the app. Ive found that it's actually faster and more reliable to just go online to check my account.

This app is terrible! For the past FEW MONTHS I've tried to log in to just check my balance, and it won't even let validate that I've typed in an password, it won't do anything. And the website for kfcu was probably developed by the same people that made this app because it's just as terrible. I've been with this credit union for many years and the shear inconvenience of this app makes me want to move to a different bank.

I used to give a 5 star rating and loved the app. Now I can't even log in at all. Not too happy with the bugs and errors in the app. I have had the same password for 3 years now, but it now says that it's invalid info. Haven't had an update to the actual app in quite a while either. You guys need to get on your game and fix the issues please.

This is a mess. Been having problems but promised new, better and more powerful app coming 4/21. Tried everything directions said to do, multiple times!!!!! Same old app and website. None of what the directions said would happen did. Very disappointed. I've been trying to set up ach account and was promised new app would do it. Nothing. Reeeeeaaaaaalllllly thinking about changing banks. Mobile banking is essential these days!!!!!

I love keesler as a bank but this app is pretty crappy. and now that I've done my update on my Samsung galaxy it doesnt even work and says it's not compatible with my device. anyways. they need to amp up the app and put links to access credit card info. I want ALL of my banking on one app. and as keesler is the only bank I use itd be nice to have a proper app with everything available.

The worst "upgrade" I have ever seen! I rarely can access my account from the app since the upgrade. Seriously thinking of changing banks because it still hasn't been fixed - they've known about issues since they first started getting the bad reviews. They obviously don't care about their customers.

After the "upgrade" I can no longer login. I enter my credentials then hit enter, the password disappears and the app does nothing. Stays at the login screen. This app is useless now. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same problem.

Horrible, like so many others. It worked well before the so called upgrade. Latest version available is from 2019 yet when I open the app, I get told to download the most current version. Over and over and over...KFCU are you listening?!

The app refuses to load properly or sign in. I've tried clearing cache, using my fingerprint, and using my login credentials. It just sits there and does nothing. Another time I received a pop-up message stating it was a "MalformedURL". Phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with Android version 9.

this app is absolutely horrible it's flickering I can't put my password and my username and every time I try to do something I got to get this new authorization codeI've done it three times and it is never been correct I keep having issues I can't call through keesler because they have over 40 + people calling in they need to put the old app back. I have to pay my damn bills today! I have never been so angry with keesler. I loved keesler app bc it didn't try keeping up with all this new tech.
