This is a very good app, but, it does need more levels, I keep starting back at level one when I finish, because I don't know what else to do. But, I've noticed that some of the users don't realize that you can tap on the little pink speaker to turn it off, and just tap again when needed. I am able use it anywhere with this function. Thank you!
The notification feature works very well and I like the words of encouragement scrolling in the top corner. It would be even greater if there was a vibrate option instead of just that instructive audio. Additionally, if the exercise would end on "release" instead of "contract" cuz that would properly close out the sess. Basically, a very useful app, many thanks 😊
We all start things with could intentions to be consistent. This helps to maintain consistency. Feel your efforts taking shape and enjoy the benefits of regular flexing or should I say pelvic floor aerobics. Go on make you kegel happy, download you Kegel Girl Trainer. Excellent App😊😊. Developers please note... It would be better if she ended session on release as opposed to contract. Also enable storage to SD card thanks.
I had surgery back in September 2014 and ever since recovery I've had the bladder of my 4 year old nephew. My muscles feel like they've almost deteriorated in just a few months. Level 2 is wearing me out but I can feel it working within the hour I've downloaded the app. Definitely a great coach app!
This app is great! Super easy to use and it automatically graduates you to the next level after you do so many workouts. A big plus since I probably wouldn't remember. I feel that my PC muscles are getting tighter, which I've really needed since having my kid.
I started using this a few weeks ago and have noticed a difference. I have a reminder set for twice a day. The reason I only have it 4 stars is because at the end, for the last contraction, it exercise ends before the release. It should end after the release, so you have to pay attention. I would definitely recommend this.
Each level/cycle of workout should end in releasing the muscles but this app end in contractions. So if we are depending voice based guidance we are left in contractions for long, and then start wondering why the release instruction is not heard, and peeps into the screen find actually the level has ended! Otherwise this app is good.
Its free without ads. That's a plus. The alerts work, another plus. Has a nice UI (pink and black) and look good. It has offers a voice, visual cues, or a silent mode - less everyone know you are squeezing and relaxing something (!) Has quite a few levels, but they are difficult. However, if you can progress every two weeks that would be a great indicator of success. Would be nice to have a tracker (although I guess progression through levels is a tracker of sorts). Big complaint for me. The darn thing pauses at the slightest touch of the screen. Other ones I've tested are not so sensitive. It's really, really annnoying. While I'm doing my kegels, I'm handliing my phone, maybe even reading an email or two. If I accidently touch the screen, the exercise pauses until you press again.
I just had my second child do my pelvic floor was really bad. Having stuck to the program most days I've noticed a huge difference in my pelvic floor strength. It is much better than what it was! The best feature is it naturlly progressed me from each level without my realising. I just have one question...where to after I've completed all 9 levels?
I didn't bother looking any further at the app after trying one exercise, because it only vocalized the instruction to contract. When it was time to release the muscles, there was a visual cue, but no spoken instruction. Uninstalling.
Doctors would tell me to do these exercises. But I really had no guidance. How to know I was doing them right? I needed a knowledgeable coach.I just found my FREE coach, ready day or night! Feeling the noticeable difference. THANK YOU!!! ps- you deserve 10 stars
A simple vibration would be sufficient, I don't need verbal reminders announcing what I'm doing to everyone. The exercises themselves seem great. I like the reminder feature.
I use it daily, 3 times a day using the reminders. I use it through my Bluetooth which keeps me from having to look at the app to know when to contract and release...best kegel app I know of.
It's a great app but after the latest android update, the sound only works sporadically. Really annoying.
It gives me a vibration option but it doesn't work. So much for being discrete.
Fabulous way to practice. Thanks for not asking for access to all my phone info... to those who don't want the voice coach, hit the little red button on the upper right to turn off sound for a more discrete session.
You are given 3 sets of different amounts and times contracting. At the end of the first and second set, it tells you to contract but then immediately goes to the next set. At the end of the last set, it tells you to contract and then instantly ends the workout. You never finish any of the sets.
The voice guidance lets me keep my eyes on other tasks. Love it! Hint: if you're in a public place, just turn the volume down to zero. DEVELOPER, please keep the voice guidance.
This will do a good job of providing interval timed kegal prompts. I have used it for two months now. I wish it had; 1. Countdown indicator showing how much remains in the interval 2. Larger or otherwise clearer visual indicator of the change from contract to relax. 3. Audio controls to increase the volume so it can be heard clearly above music or other audio. 4. Android wear support so it can be run discreetly from the wrist. Otherwise it will do the job.
This app is good and does help to train/tighten the pelvic floor muscles but what does one do when they finish level 9?? It now says level 10, starts but then an error message pops up stating the app has closed. How do I get more levels?
I'm only on level 3 and there is already a difference. I love how it goes from longer reps to shorter more pulsating reps so you know it's working
Just stopped..kept crashing each time I started
I am doing this for 3 day's now and I can already feel a difference. I would recommend this app to everyone.
I had surgery down there and I was always hurting but since I be doing this it help me a lot.
I think it should have an option to vibrate instead of speaking the commands.
Just would like to see a count down of seconds added. Otherwise, I highly recommend this app.
Overall good, but I really wish the sessions ended on release and not contraction. I rely on the voice guidance and often end up wondering why I haven't heard the release instruction until I can look at the screen and realize the session ended. Really frustrating, it's like my coach up and left the room without telling me, leaving me in the middle of a set!
