With this application you can train the pubococcygeus muscle in different levels.

In each week appear the 3 routines of exercises that must be performed. To follow the program correctly, you must do the 3 routines of exercises presented for each day of the week, ideally a routine in the morning, another in the afternoon, and another at night. Each routine should be performed only once, when appropriate.
