The workout plan is great & the interface is simple and easy to understand. However, it glitches so that once you've completed one session of one day, it automatically highlights the next day's workout so if you aren't paying attention you'll do 2 different intensity workouts in one day. Also if you don't open the app via the notification bar or dismiss a notification, the app will quit sending you reminders until you open it again. Also wish you could close the app while working out.
This app is fantastic. Minimal ads, you can set daily reminders, you can set it if you want voice mode and visual and you are able to track your progress. After having my daughter I needed something to strengthen my pelvic floor asap and after using this for 3 weeks I can already feel such an improvement! Highly recommend 👍
Great!! I have had 3 kids and works like a treat as i have had problems in the past but no more. Reminds you when to do exercise, can adjust voice and vibration easily ( as i like to do them early in the morning in bed doesnt wake bubs). You can do kegels 3 times a day without going to settings to change. Its so easy and versatile. Wish the levels carried on but still a great app.
Really like the app, it is easy to use, like the simple interface and the option to have it on silence. I have one question regarding the relax phase. Even in level 10 the relax phase is only 4 seconds. I wonder what the reason was behind this as a lot of strength can be gained from this eccentric movement performed slower. Would you consider making this adjustable in the future?
Easy, convenient, and organized! I love how this app has levels, and I feel like it's just right. It's easy to overdo kegels, so to have a planned ready-made exercise schedule is such a relief. Easy to use app with proper recommendations. I love how I can set reminders for myself, too. I love how they explain what kegels are, who they're for, etc... I have only been using it for a little bit, so I can't say yet if it helps my urinary stress incontinence or not.
It really works...easy to use app. Has made so much difference to my life. Don't expect miracles overnight; it take time. You can reset the progress when you have completed the ten weeks. I just use week ten now and still do my exercises daily even after 5 months. I've tried a number of other things, but this is by far the cheapest and really works. I can't recommend this app enough.
Solid Kegel exercises. With optional reminders. Would recommend for those looking to unlock their groin muscles. With the reminders: I tried to put three timers, since each work out should be done three times a day (don't worry, it's only a couple minutes) but I did not get the reminders when three were present. Switched to one at a time and it's working fine.
Really, really like this app. The visual and audio in conjunction prompting tensing and relaxing is really helpful and I can set more than 3 sessions in one day. Wish I could make the sessions more difficult. Even though i keep stating that I'm finding them easy i seem stuck on the same programme.
I just started using this app, but so far, it's really convenient. For me, it helps remind me to do these, and it's helpful to have a voice counting and giving basic instructions. For whatever reason, I could never keep myself focused enough to do these with enough repitition to matter. This app helps keep me focused. This developer also has a really nice pedometer app that allows you to track your steps and maps your route, giving you updates along the way. I recommend both of these apps.
Seems pretty straightforward exercises, the app runs smoothly, there are ads but not many and they aren't intrusive. Ive only done Day 1 so far, I'll check back in a few days with an update.
This could of been a great App, but why isnt there advice on reverse Kegels as well? You need to do both. After doing these my pelvic floor was soo tight causing constipation, I needed to figure out ways to loosen them. So I researched and found out that Reverse kegels are a thing that you need to do. So I am replacing this app with a Reverse Kegel training app that helps with both.
Absolutely love the fact that I can do it whenever, wherever. The guide is good to let you know what you are doing right or wrong. Before now I would try to tense minutes at a stretch and found that very difficult to keep up with. I am getting the benefits within a short period of starting the exercises.
I've only used this app for almost a week. I can already tell a difference. I've had two kids. I have had "issues" with jogging or activities involving jumping (after having kids) if you know what I mean. After doing the Kegels, I can see a big improvement!
I love the app in general, but have two little issues. First, the reminders rarely work (i have 3 per day). Second, I feel like the progression is slightly too fast, so I keep having to go back a level.
Only on 2nd week and already feel a difference. Easy to follow app with great extra features. Ads arent too bad either, it will usually let you just click back on them without having to watch any of it.
Not tried it in-depth, but it seems to be a real help so far. I may not know how to work the reminders, but I can't get it to remind me when I need it to. The app doesn't have annoying ads that block the entire screen.
Progressively harder levels 1-10, option for multiple daily reminders at your specified time, can be silent, vibrate, or talk you through the exercise with the option to black out the screen. By week 2 I was seeing results and almost symptom free by week 4 (just started week 5)!
Super simple app. I gave it five stars because it isn't buggy, not riddled with ads and does what it is supposed to. Isn't overly fancy, simple and easy, and helps me to keep my schedule.
Loving the app so far only used it a few days but has reminders and really easy to use format with calendar, graph for progress and easy quick workouts have used other apps but this one is the best so far :)
Honestly a good app, I broke both of my legs and while physical therapy helped with the major muscle recovery, I was informed about also needing to train the smaller muscle groups. Referred to as "sucking up the boys" doing these workouts have helped with my recovery process.
The best of all available Kegel Apps for Android that I could find and I've tried some. Highly recommended! It really makes you last more than you could have imagined previously! Fantastic!
Sometimes the notifications don't work and I ended up missing two weeks of exercises and the UI could be a bit less confusing. Four stars otherwise.
Good app. Simple and clear. It would be nice to have the option to minimise it to run on the back ground with only the sound and viberation.
excellent app. however, it is very annoying that notifications only pop when i open the app, defeating their entire porpuse.
All I can say is I'm lovin it so far! I'm on day 2 and peeked at what's coming for the last level. I look forward to the goal that is set. No complaints at all on layout or function. Recommended.
Works so far. The interface isn't super clear. I can't tell where I am or what's next. I wish I could listen while on another app. Otherwise great.
Handy little app, I just switch it on while watching TV or reading. The reminders definitely keep me on track.
Seems like the reminders "disable" at the end of every day. I don't get any reminders unless if I open the app in the morning. Then reminders will show the rest of the day. But following day NO reminders again. App developers don't care. So 1 star especially since other reviewers have the same issue and developers don't fix issue.
It's a really nice app. It reminds you of your exercises and the exercises are very effective too. I also like how it has different levels
Easy to use. So helpful to have an app that coaches you through! Just starred using, but can see how this will be extremely beneficial to my postpartum recovery!
