Kegel Lift! 4All kegel trainer helps support and encourage you to carry out your kegels which are needed to keep your pelvic floor in good health. To stop you having incontinence problems such as leaking urine accidentally if you run, laugh, cough, sneeze or lift something heavy.

The app uses the idea of a lift moving to higher levels to allow motivation to progress.
Please read the information links on the start up screen in white to make sure you have a good understanding of pelvic floor muscles, the benefits of having a healthy pelvic floor and finding the ‘knack’ of using them in every day life amongst lots of useful information including exercises to avoid if you do have weak pelvic floor muscles and exercises that are pelvic floor safe.

Please read the Information and How to do kegels link, in the app before using it, here it will explain in detail all you need to know to do the kegel exercises correctly.

When you choose the Start button you have the different levels such as Auto to just start the exercises or start at Beginner, which has targets set that when you reach them, it immediately moves you to Intermediate and so on. You will progress at your own pace through the levels all the way to Expert! It also maintains a record of your exercises completed for each day.

You will learn how to do long hold kegels for the duration of 10 seconds squeezing your pelvic floor muscles and then relaxing them for 10 seconds this will be done for 10 repetitions and short hold kegels where you will squeeze your muscles for 1 second, 10 repetitions, this will be classed as one set, your aim is to do 3 sets each day and to motivate you there is a reminder setting that you can add 3 chosen times that will appear on your phone to notify you to do your kegels every day at those times.
