Very cool app. I love that it appears very descretly in my phone's app drawer. Once you get in the app it also has an "ultra descret" mode so it looks like you're reading a book as it's telling you when to start and stop squeezing your kegels. You can also choose to do the workouts the developers made or you can make your own workouts. The app has daily reminders as well. If strengthening your pelvic floor muscles is important to you, this app is a must try!

Great function, does Exactly what is needed. The gentle progression is well thought out. But, would like to be able to push the envelope on occasion. But highly recommend this app to help with strengthening, rebuilding control, and improving some medical ailments.

App is good overall, straightforward and easy to use, district mode is appreciated. After a while of using the subscription it stopped giving me reminders for some reason which is a bummer because I'm missing a lot of exercises.

Good but I think something is wrong with the clock/calendar. I set a goal for two exercises a day but sometimes it resets half way through the day or in the morning it hasn't reset yet and says I've already done two exercises.

Hey everybody! I started using this app only few day ago, and this is very good and very helpfull application. I do every day my routine kegel exercises, but i saw info about this app on a forum. Nice little timer app that I've set to get me exercising wherever I am, whatever I'm doing. Perfect. Why 4 stars? Pro version is a bit pricey for what it does. Feature request. It would be nice to have the option of automating the entire exercise sequence from reminder to finish as part of the discreet mode, so you can stick to the programme without having to fiddle with the phone when it is inconvenient.

The app does what I need it to which is nice. It helps me focus when I do the excercises. The ads are understandable because they are needed to make the app free. My biggest complaint is the strange man's voice saying "squeeze" and "rest." It's comical sounding and somewhat distracting. It would have been nice for the voice to be soft and a woman, considering mainly women do kegle exercises...

Absolutely simple and does it job. Can work over music. I had to have the dudes voice do the voice commands to make it work but it works. Idk maybe there's a way to have music and just the visual cue. But either way I'm satisfied. The sessions are short (like a minute or less) and I'm able to do them anywhere anytime I remember. I know it's working because I got fatigued trying to do more workouts in a day. Thanks for the app!

A very nice app, but please add the ability to automatically move from workout to workout, instead of having to tap "next workout" every few seconds. At least having the option would make it more of a hands-free workout which I need it to be! I can't be the only one. And I paid for this app, and would again for that feature. It's needed by me at least asap!

I find the new way of adding custom workouts quite confusing. And i'm not clear on how autochange works. I also see no option to revert back to light mode. Later levels are very boring variations of either 12 or 2 seconds. Why no random variety of 3, 4 5, 7, 9, etc seconds? Where we type the number of minutes to practice, and it just gives a random workout for that amount of time.

Early days, but looks good. The varying frequency and duration of the exercises helps avoid boredom, and hopefully yields better results. It will also work in the background: you don't have to keep it on screen as it still gives the audible cues when you have another so open. UPDATE: 27th June 2019. been using it daily for many months. Very happy with the app. Using it 3 times a day has been very effective at strengthening my PF muscles.

I like the reminder features and the option to have either sound or visual cues or both. From an exercise standpoint I feel it could use an indicator of hard to push during the appropriate part of the exercise but overall a good app. I honestly did not know whether it would produce results but I can always tell when I have not been doing the exercises regularly enough so it's definitely working.

This app makes it easy to remember to do the exercises and times them for you. Although the exercises are pre-programmed, you can backup and repeat the ones you like. The app says if you give feedback, it will take you to level 2, however this is not true. It starts back at the bottom of level 1. What's up with that?

I truly this app! I use it everyday and i have noticed a difference. I like that you can set the app to quiet when out in public as to not draw attention to get a quick exercise in. I also enjoy the noise as well and the count down. I did update the app recently and it seems to have gotten faster with the exercised. Not complaining at all. I did read the info for the app and it said that other levels with go faster to build more strength. Bring it on!!!

I highly recommend this app for strengthening the pelvic floor. When I use it consistently I see results in my core strength. It's a great tool, can be used quietly and discreetly (when I'm traveling on a bus, sitting near a child's bedroom as they fall asleep, or waiting in a Doctors office for my turn ), & has nice options to challenge your muscle strength once you've mastered the basics.

Good Reminder but needs a little work. you can set the reminders, sounds, color and banners. The problem is that once you set it it stays. It has edit buttons but they don't seem to work. The toggles are ignore Toggles include on/off, time, and chime or vibrate. if these worked it would be a fantastic app.

App itself is super easy to use, not at all complicated, & the little "workouts" (±1 min each) are super easy - I'm an RN, & this has all the elements of truly *effective* patient teaching - it HAS to be do-able & realistic, or the patient's not gonna *do* it for long. This app is so well-designed w/simple instructions & customizable targets, that I end up having a little sense of accomplishment w/each workout & actually look forward to it - & that's *never* happened w/Kegel practice before!

EDIT: since I've written this review, the app has become more elegant in design and more features have become available. It keeps getting better Works fine. Nothing fancy, no bells and whistles, only what you need. It does become monotonous ones you've reached a certain level, but I suppose it's all you need

I like this app alot. I don't have pro, so had to set my reminders with my phone clock which is fine. Today after using it, I was notified that more levels had been unlocked, I'm now on level 2. I explored and realized that I could change the prompt, so now instead of that robo voice I hear a chime. Somehow, it helped me to focus. I'll def keep using that app.
