It does the bare minimum - barely. The sound doesn't seem to be working on my phone (Google Pixel 4a). The FTP test doesn't give you any useful instructions. There's no easy way to send results to other apps, like Strava. And when I did send my results over, they said my average speed was almost 40mph, which is not even close to accurate.

Awful, very difficult to get connected to the Keiser converter device. Once connected, the app will randomly disconnect during a ride and takes several minutes to get everything setup again. I would not have purchased this bike for to use with other exercise apps (e.g., zwift) if I knew how much of a pain this was going to be. Keiser's customer support just tells you "you have to much electromagnetic interference in your area" when you call for assistance. Garbage

Mine is not shutting down automatically after my ride. It just keeps running and running until I hit the back key and it prompts me if I want to end session. Also it halves my duration, calories, and distance from what is shown on the bike console when it goes into Keiser Metrics and Strava. I do like the Power output and it seems about right.

App is OK, it does the job and gather the data nicely. Noticible lag between bike and app. (1 or 2 seconds). Random 5 sec (+/-) freezes but comes back to life. It sends the data immediately to Strava/google fit but why not to Polar app? You are using a Polar HR sensor anyway? The AI works nicely according to your FTP, it guides you properly. One big failure is not been able to do custom workouts. Even though you could just pedal, s you are limited to the workouts on the app.

I like the app but feel it needs more improvement. For example, when I switch to text messages and then back to the Keiser app, it hasn't recorded that time away from the app being the primary window on my phone. Also, I wish it would provide totals (miles, minutes) biked per week, month, and overall. Perhaps it does, but I can't find it. Other than that, we enjoy the app and are thankful for it.

I like the ability to capture your workouts, for me rides (spinning), and see how you did. I love the ability to have it sync with other apps to better access the data. however it is very clunky in that regard. it will capture, wont always sync and there is really no way for me to open the tcx files off my phone (samsung galaxy S7) you have to use another app i.e Strava. and hope it syncs and you dont lose workouts. when it work I love it,helps me train better and get more out of my workouts.

Great app, just needs one more feature - forced resume. When you pause riding to perform weight lifting intervals, the app asks if you want to "end" session. It waits in that state and usually will continue the existing session when you start pedaling again. However, there are some occasions when the "end" session box remains. It would be perfect if there was a "resume" option on the left side of the notification box. Please add. Better yet, provide a pause/play button beside Keiser.

I've had the bike for a while, but just started using the app. It is terrible. I would say 2 out of every 3 rides it reduces my mileage and time that I actually rode. Like some other reviews have stated, at first, the data will be correct, but then it switches & lessens my time, distance, calories burned and all the data. If I can't use the app to reliably record my workouts, then there is no sense in using it! Time to just get a sensor of some kind and use my Garmin watch to record my rides.😡

Nice feature collecting ride data, but it's not accurate. I've logged 4 rides using the app, stopping at exactly 60:00. When I check individual performance data, the stats are initially correct, then right in front of my eyes the data changes a few seconds later. Initial data is correct...no idea where the amended stats are coming from. Weird bug.

You can connect to Strava, but it wont upload. I had to save the workout data file to google drive (cant save it on my phone) then go on the strava website (not the app) and upload manually. You also have to run the app the whole exercise, if the machine and app aren't within 10% error, it wont export. The final straw is that I cant have this app, and the GCN spin class videos on youtube running at the same time, the app won't record in the background. the keiser stationary bike is nice though.

It does the job of getting data off the M3 and into Fit, Strava etc. Good to have a running graph of power and the cadence screen ring. What would make it awesome would be to get heart rate data from a Garmin/Wahoo type strap that connects to your phone, rather than a Polar one that connects to the bike. I don't mind it not syncing back down to the bike, but getting a complete display and upload of power, distance and heart rate in one would be brilliant. Pretty please!? For me that would make it 5 stars, but feel it's a missed opportunity in functionality.

Very very dissapointed! I have now done 3 rudes and only 1 was saved! This is sooo frustrating to say the least! I rode for an hour and after 40 min my screen started flickering and my data jumped in milliseconds...my power goes from 170 to 85 about 2 times a second....very bad ecperience !!! I also lost those 2 rides as the obly way to get into the app again is to restart your phone...the app freezes alot! Don't even bother with this as it takes away all the happyness

like the app layout but it froze on me twice in an hour. locking out my phone which needed a reboot each time. ended up with only 1 calorie burnt in 63 mins. Just got 10 bikes for classes adding to 20 older versions. I don't want everyone's phones crashing. what do you do if your bike number doesn't come on to the screen. I also added it into the auto connect #.

TERRIBLE application. The app keeps collecting data minutes after I've stopped and the on-bike display is off. Then if you swipe back to end the session it loses data. App was showing 35 minutes (I only rode 30) and after ending session it only showed 20. Changing gears and cadence doesn't show up on the app until a long time after you've done it. I love the bike but the app and the electronics related to Bluetooth and connecting to other apps and devices (Garmin watch) are pathetic for 2020.

Terms of agreement continues to open on initial upload even when logged in. No option to delete a record. For example if you start the keiser bike and complete 1 minute and stop for whatever reason the 1 minute session shows in the record. No option to remove it. Also took ages to pair with strava.

XLNT App. Connected easily and tracked well. Using on a samsung tablet that fits just right in the holder. Can easily switch to other apps and back again. Not sure why other reviews had problems. I had none. App gives button to end session when you stop session. easy and accurate.

A big problem that I had with this app is that it is way too easy to close it and not to recover. While riding my exercise bike today I accidentally closed it and could not recover the data. it seems it on the new Android if looking at the multitasking screen and you accidentally swipe the keiser m series app up it closes and you cannot recover the data. Otherwise I am still getting used to the app and would like not to rate it niow.

App frequently disconnects from network. Only solution I've found is to deinstall and reinstall, so historic data is lost. Often won't work when another app, like music, is being used. Bike is great but Keiser needs to put more effort into the app. It is very poor and reflects poorly on the company.

Terrible. Bluetooth management terrible with P30pro. And as you can't manually stop the session, it goes on and on and on even if the bike is stationary and you're driving away in the car. Then it gets confused and just puts your 55 minute workout at 4 mins!! Just add an End Session button please.
