It's very frustrating. Even after I got call on this last review that they have resolved the issues with login. I had to log in multiple times. Issues is not resolved
Worst app. This app have worst UI, have many bugs, when I want to click something it will not allow me to do so, when I want to see something it will take some random click, not only that keka website is also worst. Overall it's a literally worst thing (website and app).
For some time it does not work as good as it must be doing all time... I just updated my log in in the morning but when i opened it for log off in the evening... It shows no record-all blank as nothing has marked. 😔 Things must be validated before making any changes... Wishing for good work ahead by the developers
It takes forever to load the clock in and clock out buttons. And sometimes the clockins doesnot even get recorded. Everything else in the app works faster except the clockins.
Clock-in keeps loading all the time. Application has issues in its basic purpose i.e cock-in , clock-out. Something whick do not serve its basic need itself is useless. Please fix the issue soon to get good review.
Overall good app but no use if there is no option to mark clock-in clock-out on the app. We have to use the website on mobile browser. It will be really great if we have the same on mobile app
After recent app update, I am Unable to login keka from application, it says "your subscription is expired, contact your HR manager", but i am able to login from web. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
Works well for most of the time except during upgrades Team is responsive and application is very light but with very frequent updates
There are a lot of bugs in the app , mainly regarding attendance clock in....please fix the bugs in upcoming releases.
Always down when needed the most. Want to apply for leave? Wait for the constant load animation which never loads even on strong connection
Third class application backend, when you are in hurry to check-in, it's not opening. When you are leaving, it's not working, ha ha, like they are not managing server load based on user interaction. Very Bad experience
App doesn't allow me to login after resetting my phone, when I try to login it throws me out to the login screen. This is a critical bug, some could even take advantage of this by denial of the service. Please hotfix this issue.
How much updates does this app actually wants. In one week this is the second update. And this app does not have that much of functionality differences, no worth of these many updates. What will you guys actually do with these many updates?
Worst application. They don't proper technical team to resolve the issues. Even they didn't understand customer need. They simply sell the product and leave. You will never get proper support. Their escalation matrix never works.
Not working good , it's takes very long time to open and it's very tough to login and itself it gone log out I just get tired from this App and it's my compulsion that I'm using this App
I didn't like this app we don't have a option to web clock in, web clock out and if they add email notification to this it'll be good
Still bugs are not Fixed. Am facing attendance issue for past week. It was not resolved. It's draining more power.
Very disappointing and under developed App. Someone called me, i tried my best to explain, but the caller had no clue of what I was saying so I gave up
Attendance system is not uniform with the web app. If I clock in from the web app, in mobile app it's still showing as not clocked in.
Not very good experience with the app, not able to clock in sometimes, as it take lot more time for loading ...also clock in is failed at times...after updating also the this bug has not improved... please improve upon this
Very bad, worst application Most of time its server is down Sometime attedennce is not tracked properly. Henceforth loss of payment many times Its not showing your working hours
Worst app never seen..... every time needs handset to restart to login and logout & some times never work......

Weekly asking for updates. Most of the times doesn't work.
Simple and Clear. I like it. I used many HRM tools since last 15+ years, all those systems has too much of information, which creates confusion, keka is much better and provides required information which gives clarity to user.
