I like a lot of where the app is going, but im having a lot of issues freezing and being unable to go back. For instance i was just looking to expand my referral network and got stuck on a map that i could still pan and zoom but the agents wouldnt populate and then i couldnt leave the page without backing completely out and restarting the app. I think the app has 5 star potential and i see the vision behind it, but im sure when all the bugs get worked out itll be really helpful as a kw agent.

I don't want to give this a 1 star. I have a Galaxy s9 and the app is very slow and integrates with Command very poorly. This app is supposed to be intuitive and make our lives as agents better. It's faster to not use it and find a place to pull out the lap top. When will these things be corrected?

Button choices don't route where they are supposed to. Clicked on my GCI ytd button and it took me to a referrals tab. Got a referral network request and clicked the check box to confirm acceptance and it just went away. The other agent asked a question about one of my primary areas and I couldn't answer because all record of their request is gone. it doesn't show in notifications, etc. Very frustrating. Suggest stop adding new features until the current ones are fixed. No value if not reliable.

Right now, I do not like it! I have tried for days to access on my phone. It will not accept my username and password, keeps asking for fingerprint to log in. I have tried every finger on my hand and none work! Uninstalled and re-installed - still the same. Tried to get tech help, no one answers my requests. Very frustrated. I may have to divorce Kelle.

Notifications are inconsistent and there is limited ability to sync with Command and consumer app. Slow to load the information it will provide and sometimes will not load anything at all. Kelle needs many updates before it will be consistently useful to agents. Hopefully, these issues will be resolved as KW is usually a leader in technology.

First, WHY DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO MY PHOTOS TO INSTALL APP?? Tried Kelle last year but stopped due to it constantly freezing my phone and crashing. Reinstalled it today and its no better. Frustrating/time wasting. Even the sign in interface is difficult. I can't see the password box properly. The "big green sign in box" covers most of password box". It doesnt show me my last questions/answers in Kelle. It couldnt answer simple questions for median home prices (altho it could last yr) Android user

Paula Pixler is one in a million. It is refreshing to see an agent transition my family in a way where it makes the experience fun. My problem with the app is the filters make it difficult to find Paula Pixler and it should take no more than 3 clicks. The designations dont work and I can go to other sites without having to give up my email.

The developers really should have worked all the bugs out before releasing it. Signs you out automatically, doesnt show listings, pending, etc. They rushed to get this on the market and it completely shows.

Have this app on 2 seperate phones. Both load initially and sit on a white screen. Nobody has responded via the contact email for support. Looks like they always make sure iOS works first .

it's getting there. great concept, however the main issues are crashing a lot and not always being user friendly.

App is incredibly slow and there is no option to use fingerprint to log in so you have to enter log in info every time. Awesome concept, abysmal execution.

Android 10. It asks me to join Keller Offers referral network, but when I click it says "I'm hanging difficulty doing that. Please try again later." Tried multiple days & same. No updates needed in app store.

Scrolling through contacts needs to be more user-friendly. It takes to much time to find the ones that you haven't called, and the icons are huge.

Still buggy and not intuitive. Needs to sync better with Command and with the Consumer App. Notifications are spotty.

I absolutely dislike this app. Not responding, takes forever to process and crashes constantly. Great idea by KW but poor functionality & performance.

love this app! makes my life so much easier to manage my business. it is a home screen app for me and I don't have many besides Google search.

Crashes a LOT and doesn't respond to input properly. It's very hit or miss.

This moves slow and freezes often. This app needs bug fixes on performance.

the app is great when it works cant even open app just goes to blank white screen thought it was my phone but just upgraded to the s10 and same thing log in and loads a blank white screen

Great app for a beta version. Delivers as promised and updates often to fix bugs. The developers to great with feedback provided!

The old app was more user friendly. I liked that you could go into an area and hit homes near me

It needs to be better, period. Not real functional. Cannot even reach my database properly.

The ongoing improvements to this platform have been so quick and so robust it truly is impressive.

not returning since latest update. I'm downloading it again for the second time. Hopefully it works.

I do not like this app. I get frustrated every time I open it. I find it useless. Hard to navigate.

horrible. have filled out 4 referrals all refused to send. app stops causing loss of all info.

This app is awful. Super slow and only works half the time.
