It would be really great if I could view my saved listings. It tells me I have 19, but when I attempt to view them it tells me I have none. The app is useless if I can't go back and view the listings I'm interested in. Also can't search for a specific style (I need a rancher as I'm disabled and will not buy a house with stairs, but can't eliminate them from my results) or select my specific price range.

This app hasn't been working great recently. Once you look at like 10 houses in a list, it times out. I downloaded the Redfn and Zillow apps and I don't haven't any issues on those. Also it would be nice if you could put in more specific purchase amount. Maybe the app wouldn't struggle so much if that was possible to narrow searches.

I have used the Keller Williams Team in the past with great success. Using this app has really changed the old way of doing things. It frees up your time and you can review documents at your leisure without feeling rushed. You of course always have access to a personal touch when you reach out.

It's all right, I wish it would actually take you to the listing it sends you a notification about when you tap it. Also that it would save your refined search filters on the map so you don't have to constantly re-apply them every time you open the app, or when you're simply moving across the map it'll sometimes just remove your filters at-will. Really annoying.

This app is terrible. The push notifications are worthless. You click on it, and it takes me to the last place I left the app in. Turning off notifications in the app settings doesn't even stop the push notifications. Either. I had to go I to my app permissions and remove push permissions. When I try to view a list I created, if I click on a listing and then click back to the list, it takes me to the very top of the list. So you don't want to make too long of lists, cuz that's a pain.

When the app sends an alert and you open it, it opens to the map and doesn't give any indication of the alert it just sent. Also, if you open your feed, it just says searching and never loads. The search only allows you to set price ranges for every 100K. The app is pretty much useless unless you are looking at specific address or doing a random search.

App is plagued with bugs. 2 out of 3 times It opens to a blank white screen. When it does work, it leaves much to be desired with extremely slow responses and laughably little search criteria. Can't search for properties with fireplaces or basements. When searching by home price, you cannot enter a price and are forced to search in $100k increments. Needs quite a bit of work to compete with other realty apps.

Ap didn't work very well to begin with. Now the latest update won't allow me to customize the maximum price as anything below 100k. It's also frustrating that I can't remove HOA properties from the search or look for specific zoning. Better off using other websites.

The pictures of the listed house do not load. App is slow even when using wifi.

I never checked out KW: Buy & Sell Estate before. I don't know how much is it going to cost if it's single, double or quadruple. Think before you enter a new house. I would look at it just to make sure that there's no misrepresentation on the information form after the Application was approved. Therefore, go to the Website and see where it goes. I just got a New Phone from US Cellular from Thursday, September 24, 2020 to check out my App so it can be Updated on time rather than later. Thank you.

Up-to-date on MLS listings. Not unlike the other apps.

I like that this app has the ability to limit searches by certain neighborhoods/streets, it makes searching much easier than other applications/sites. However, this app also crashes constantly, which makes it very difficult to use. Also, while it seems to retain search queries, it also asks you constantly to confirm the notification settings for the searches, which is annoying. If it were more stable, it would be a very powerful tool.

While I enjoy looking for my next home with help from KW, I have a suggestion that would help me using your app. Expand the available search area on the map.. it only allows a very small search area at a time, and you have to start over again and then try to overlap with the next area you draw on the map... That would be great!!! Alot easier and save time too...

Not at all user friendly, not at all intuitive but worst of all it constantly keeps crashing. The concept is great but it's just too frustrating to use. It shouldn't be this difficult. I was so excited for this app and am equally disappointed and frustrated. I really hope the developer can fix these issues. Hopefully I will have found and purchased my home by then but for other people it world be nice if the app worked. Tired of waiting or closing app, tired of losing where I was, app crashing

Hard to use.. Each time you change city you have to update property preferences. The "draw" function would be useful but it always says search area is too big. The distance only goes to 10... 10 what?? If my job is moving me to Dayton do I need to know the name of every town within 60 miles to conduct a search. Zillow's sight seems to have it figured out, just mirror them. No key word search. Overall very limited.

Doesn't accurately correspond to the MLS sysytem. The app shows properties available, when they aren't. Frustrating when showing clients how the app works and trying to show a properties close to the one they requested. Also, it doesn't pick up on homes in the area I'm in (show prop near me feature) when I'm clearly in front of a house that's for sale. Hardly use it for these reasons.

The KW app is horrible now, compared to the old version. The app shuts off in the middle of trying to filter your search. When clicking on the property it directs you to another & you have to click around the property you want to view. I don't like this updated version & would like the old version to return. Updated apps aren't always the best & this one definitely reflects just that.

I like several features on this Realty app. The 'houses close to you' function is great when I want to search a neighborhood I'm currently in. I also like Google maps option, which I use to look at the terrain and layout of house lots. What I don't like about the app, is that there is no record of conversations with the 'contact a realtor' function. Another thing I dislike is when I look thru the pictures of property, it sometimes forces a new and slow window to open.

It searches ok although it doesn't seem to pick up all the properties for sale. I can find one using a different search and then put the MLS in the app and it will come up. 2 stars because I can't bring up my saved properties with the app. I can see that I saved some some on the website with my computer but the website is all but impossible to use. I save the homes that I find on Zillow so that I have access to them again. There's definitely better apps and search engines out there.

Absolutely hate the new update! Much harder to look up "houses near me," for starters. You see a general map instead of a thumbnail image. When you look at pictures, they don't convert to full screen when you turn your phone so everything is small, if you click "back" while viewing a house, it closes the app instead of taking you to the previous screen and looking up certain cities and qualifications is much more difficult. Not to mention it's just much worse aesthetically.

People are posting pictures of houses that are revealed to be mobile homes when selected. rw doesnt answer questions about properties. Mobile homes cant be filtered out, land doesnt filter out, etc. Even though i have "active homes" only checked, all i get are "closed" properties. Its a bit of a nightmare and a total waste of my time. When the app worked well, it seemed like a great resource.

Absolutely unusable search filtering. When trying to adjust my price range, the slider value will skip from $750,000 to $2,000,000 to $150,000 as I move it from left to right. When I finally got the slider to show my desired price range, there were no homes shown, even though I saw at least two in the range I specified before filtering my search.

The app send buggy. Every time I tried to enter a town name it wouldn't show up in the drop down box. Also when I tried to create an account multiple times to save a house I liked it would tell me to try again later. I really liked the search features but there are some issues in key features that are frustrating

Pros: I love that you can see the MLS listing info, which is more detailed. Cons: Most properties in my searches don't have pictures and virtual tours don't usually work. Searches don't really seem to save & I get error messages everytime I try to save a favorite. Overall great concept, but needs improvement.
