omg, it is beyond frustrating. hate. dangerous. unsafe. take a 32 minute break (sleeper) start driving, app claims that it was a 27 minute break. Update 12/12/21: this horrendous app is still a frustrating not friendly dangerous piece of outdated garbage. Update again: 05/13/22. We are shopping for a new ELD/ pov dash cam setup for every truck. This one has failed for 3 years. Seems like a child designed it. Bye. Probably going with Verizon for cams.

It works as intended but I am not a fan of this app. It interrupts dvir process, making the user start all over. The past dvir marks do not automatically carry over so its the same tedious process every morning and night if the mechanical issues are not resolved. Try samsara instead.

Constant issues. Won't detect movement. Always has multiple unidentified driving that won't clear. Logs out when not using the app every time.

Maybe you could start working on usability now? Custom button layout would be nice, so I can put what I want in the main screen. The least you can do is get rid the inspections and messages buttons, as they are mostly unused, and replace them with on duty, off duty, and sleeper buttons for one-touch status change. Also, I shouldn't have to make a duty status entry when I log in.

I have five trucks with designated android tablets for each. We've been connected about a year. After the initial learning curve for us and JJ Keller, the system works very good. While I was testing the system I tred just using my phone. I did experience more problems when I tried to do different tasks with the same device. While the back office system is not very intuitive to set up, once setup, it is very useful with a large amount of data.

Much improved after my initial review. Crashes less, although it still hangs up here and there. Making the discovery feature optional is nice. (6/30/19) ** Very buggy...crashes quite a bit. Clunky log on, having to "find" the truck, or wait for it to fail before you can go on duty. Overall, it does work, but is the worst elog app I have ever used.

App frequently crashes during startup with no error reporting option. Ive also been using it for over a year now and the Android version still has no option to login without the app automatically trying to connect to and AOBRD, even though the iOS version has had it for at least several months. Only upgrade since last review is that app connects to AOBRD more quickly now. Recently I've frequently had an issue when trying to log out where the dashboard is there, but interface is nonresponsive.

We've been with KellerMobile since September 2016. Initially with the AOBRD standard, it was very buggy - a lot of crashes and problems with connectivity and submittals. After about 6 months and multiple updates, it worked pretty well. Cue changing to the ELD standard when that was released, we started having the same issues, but they fixed it pretty quick. Mostly works like it should now. I'm the admin and find many of the problems can be solved with more training.

The UI design is so atrocious that it makes PeopleNet look more attractive. The hardware is unnecessarily large and clunky, and the underlying programming leaves much to be desired, especially if a nearby iPhone causes Bluetooth to malfunction. It does not do on screen notifications or push messages if you are approaching your hourly limits. Two stars, only because it actually does its job and literally nothing more.

Easily the worst app of its kind on the market, which is sad because it's seemingly gotten progressively worse over the years, not better. Trucks connect properly to the phones 10% of the time. The other 90%, you have to reset the entire box AND the phone just to connect, and sometimes even that doesn't work. Truckers simply cannot afford to waste that much time every day, when there are services out there that have no issues connecting. I wish my company would move on from this service.

DANGEROUS app. Been using it in a Limo business for a year now and it works good but the appearance and the blue rectangular buttons and arrangement looks like made by a first grader. And the fact that stays ontop of all other apps is the most annoying thing in my life. Every time i come to a traffic light and go i need to take my tablet and turn maps on again so i know which way to go. This is also dangerous as every time on a light i loose 20 seconds concentration off the road just to turn maps back on. Iff i can disable it then i will not even touch the tablet/phone when i am driving.

There are better versions out there to use . A driver shouldn't have to be held up any longer than he should with connectivity issues, errors, or when the app itself just force closes, etc. In the event you come across a DOT, a driver should not have to worry that his logs are incorrect due to the complications this app. I have nothing positive to say about this app and I don't trust it.

The app runs slowly; if I have Bluetooth music or Google maps running for navigation, my phone will often freeze when paired to the Keller box. Also, it should take 2-3 minutes of waiting if Im not driving dor the day and just want to keeo my "on duty mot driving" current. The app ALWAYS looks for devices even if you wont drive. Terrible. The absolute worse part od this app is how invasive it is. Try navigating when in a city. EVERYTIME you stop and then resume moving it closes your map.

Annoying. My company uses this eld and Google maps to sort our routes on the same device. Keller mobile will close Google maps at every stop light, stop sign, slow traffic scenario. In bumper to bumper city traffic my map closes and kellermobile pops up showing my hours!? I don't care. I just want to get to my customers. I can't tell you how many times a day I have to try and reopen a map that I really need, and close kellermobile, which I don't need, WHILE DRIVING. Also, app crashes daily.

Complete trash. Surprised I get paid correctly every week. But it's a challenge to do so. Constantly have to babysit it all day to make sure its connected to the truck or online at all. Crashes all the time. Probably waste 1-2 hours a week trying to connect to the truck, log in, submit pre and post trips. Use Peoplenet or something else if you have options. Unfortunately I do not.

App is garbage. Always crashing always gets stuck in loading. Always changing my status causing my restart to mess up. It's ridiculous. This affects people's business get it fixed!! UPDATE: NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! Still freezes still have to force close it just to change my status. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!

It consistently doesn't switch out of clocks mode to allow me to do anything, I will have to close the app and restart it. It will randomly have trouble finding the ELD and staying connected, especially if the phone goes out of range and comes back into range.

Was okay when I first used this system. The more updates, downloads, bug fixes, etc. the worse this experience with your company has become. Your app is slower and thinks too much. I have lost an enormous and cumulative amount of drive time when I'm parked. i.e. to fuel or @ customer's facility. The dash unit hasn't communicated to my phone my truck is not in motion. The most I've lost was 2:37 due to the screen freezing on the three pie charts counting down the drive, 14hr, & 70hr clocks.

Gets stuck in driving mode even when stopped for 5 minutes. I have to swipe app closed and login to do anything involving a status change. The clocks dissapear and no way but to exit and login to get them back. Constantly shows a yellow or red issue icon. Change trucks and it tries to force that trucks logs on you even though you already have logs submitted.

You would think with all the updates this app would be alot better. This app has SO many hiccups it's very frustrating, doesn't like to switch off driving screen - doesn't like to connect right away - gets stuck on " loading " just to name a few of this apps issues.

I have been using this app since 2014, and J.J. Keller has made some great improvements throughout the years. Once the ELD mandate was implemented, there were minor updates and add-ons to the interface settings, which have made the experience more easy. I love it!

This eld wastes so much of my valuable driving time it's unreal.Have sat at truckstops,rest stops and other places waiting for minute after minute sometimes over 10 minutes. Finally I just shut it off,and yes it is on automatic update. It's one thing after another with this.Cant say how many hours of driving time I have lost and that's money.

The new update is not adequate. I use my phone to take pictures to verify delivery of product, if I get out of range of bluetooth it will not reconnect to the box. Only way is to restart my phone then edit my log. It is a headache. I have to do this at least 6 times a day.
