This repeatedly sends notifications that are identical. When I say repeatedly I mean every 30 seconds or so. When I click on the notification it's a blank screen. It's just a temp update. So annoying. I uninstalled before for the same reason. I got a new phone so thought I'd try again. Same thing. I'm extremely disappointed.
DO NOT INSTALL! KELO used to have a good weather app. They now force you to have notifications and I can't see to turn them off in app so had to turn off all notifications for the app in the android settings. There used to be more radar overlays. Why does South Dakota *need* a hurricane tracker? Just a cookie cutter re-branded app. Completely trash, just delete it from the store.
It used to be awesome. Ads would pop up but you could immediately close them. Now video ads pop up and you can't close them for a certain amount of time as it counts down. It's extremely annoying and I'll be switching to a different weather app. There are many different ones out there.
The temperature in my notifications tab constantly updates (about every 30 seconds) when im holding my phone. it wouldn't be a big deal but i get a notification chime Everytime it does. so far I cannot figure out how to turn it off. had to uninstall 😞
I can't understand why a company goes backwards with features. Old version was loaded with useful features. This version has almost none of those features. I am deleting this app now. Will check back occasionally to see if it improves unless I find a different app.
It'll open once and then if I exit out and try to go back in, it crashes and won't open. I have to literally restart my phone in order to be able to open the app again. It still crashes after I open the app and exit again. Please fix this.
It has kelo in the name so I think first class and the best. Wrong!! I installed it October 7th, 2018 and uninstalled it the next day. They promote this app daily in the morning but I wonder if they use it themselves. Then I read the reviews and they are not good for this current version. Actually, I could not even get it to go on my android Samsung galaxy sky pro 7. I only see a picture of the weather guys.
This app doesn't always work, I have an android phone, was told you guys have trouble with android. I don't have wi fi I operate on cell data, this doesn't work at all. What happened to Keloland live doppler HD it worked good.
Very buggy, multiple force close. Player button has never worked on any Android or version of this app. Seems like it will never get fixed anymore, company is only interested in selling ad space it appears.
I really liked the app until you changed the radar. Now I can't get the storm cell information, ex strong cell and direction. Most likely will uninstall. Just a waste of memory.
I used to believe in this app in the last 3 days I've had to uninstall it and reinstall it and it keeps coming back as it crashes Has an error or shuts down it's pretty much the most worthless app that Keloland has ever had
Hate the new version! I should've kept the old one. I miss the temperature banner in the notifications too........Problems were never fixed! Deleted app as of September 2020. Will not install again.
Very glitchy. Crashes a lot. Also, some of their video forecasts only have audio and text. At least they shortened the ads.
With latest update, many features no longer work. Once I've opened the app in a day, i have to restart my phone to reopen it. It just blinks at me if i don't restart
I don't know what you guys did, but this app is no longer working!! The only weather app that I could count on to be correct is now not even loading the radar! It's also not working for my father on his phone!! Fix it please!!
This app is difficult to navigate and set up with little to no instructions. The old one was simple to use... not impressed.. will go elsewhere!
It seems they fixed the bug that kept the app from opening without a hard stop or reboot. So it's a great weather app again!
This does not feel finished. There is almost nothing to review besides the current temperature. Definitely the most ghetto app I've ever navigatedUninstaller. Why even have an app if this is all it is? Makes you look like a frackin botard. Derka derka I'm Kristi noem ehhhhhhh.. Uninstall.
SO SLOW TO LOAD. Radar freezes up constantly though I'm using a brand new phone with reliable cell service. The old version was much more user friendly.
Deleted the old version due to my current weather still showing from back in June. Ended up getting rid of the new one too as it updates every few seconds so my phone doesn't shut up
I don't like this format. the older format is better because you can pick the specific topics you want from the dropbox.
The old version was great. I have uninstalled this version as it no longer gives the current video weather report.
Not completely developed. In my phone it keeps showing the temperature as 0. I cannot remove the notification as I wish. I can't recommend this app.
This has been my trusted weather app for years. After the recent update, it won't even open. Disappointed, to say the least. ☹
I like the availability of different radars. Have had good reliability with the national radar. However, there are times when the Live Doppler radars don't update well or not a all. Also, noticed recently the "Feels like" temperature doesn't change, even though there is a wind chill happening. Otherwise, the homepage is well organized.
