Works pretty good, but still need to protest unauthorized charges in person. Debit card limits can only be changed by filling out a form and turning in in oerson. These should be capable of being done in the app. I like that there aren't many adds for thier services in the app. Information is direct.

Very user friendly.Uses biometrics so you can log in very quickly to check balances and transfer funds. And, you can now transfer funds to other members accounts for free. So far, the best banking app I have used.

Routine logouts or re-verification of your account with banking related apps, app crashes and freezea alot. Tons of bugs.. Also no real time account trucking. Lots charges bouncing back throwing off your numbers causing overdraft fees as well as their prepaid credit card system being extremely suspect.

Easy to use, intuitive. I've only had 2 issues, one was due to cell phone update, and Kemba quickly and proactively fixed. The other was my fault, however Kemba made it easy for me.

App works alright. Worst finance institution I've ever used though. They mess up so much, and take literally hours to reach on the phone if you need customer service of any type.

The app works great for me. I mainly check balances and transfer funds between accounts. But when I need to find an ATM, I struggle with it. Other than that, I have had a good experience!

The app works great except when you want to make a deposit. You have to type in the amount but when you go to do so the decimal point for the dollar amount dissappears.

Could be better laid out with an easier to comprehend and view layout. But overall a solid app and they are making great improvements so I expect it will on li y get better.

Great app! Does what I need it to do! ALTHOUGH, sometimes I wish it would show PENDING PAYCHECK DEPOSITS like it does on the Kemba website with my PC web browser. That's the only con I have. Other than that, I love it and use it constantly!

Great and convenient most of the time! Some technical difficulties here and there, but overall I love having this app in the palms of my hands anytime 😊!

App seems fine, especially for an old dude who is NOT cmptr savvy. My only issue is how quickly you get booted off due to no activity, like about 60 seconds.

I used to love this app and it worked perfectly. For the last month or so I have not been able to get it to open and log into my account. I have a google phone and am guessing it has to do with a system update but come on Kemba, as a life long member you guys need to do better.

Latest update defaults to no biometrics login. Had to spend 10 mins at theost inconvenient time to look up password. Asshats. Stop changing people's settings to what you want. Also, why can't we download our cashed checks? Do you realize the trouble you cause people who are trying to buy a house and we can't get an electronic copy of an earnest money check? It's like you people have never used a bank before. I'm literally within months of dumping kemba for another bank.

As with others. The update to the android system has rendered the app useless. Tried uninstalling and wiping all data of the app but no luck.

Will not let me login since I got the pixel 2 phone. just keeps looping back to the login screen. Tried uninstalling app and redownloading it many times. Nothing works.

Great app! Easy to use interface nice able to check all accounts with no problems and transferring from one account to another is simple

If a transaction does't go through (for any reason), I should receive a notification. * Be aware that if your method of payment is CHECK, of the lengthy lag time. Kemba can take a week at times to even cut the check, then factor in the Postal Service, weekends & holidays. Watch your account balance if paying with CHECKS; you will not receive notification when the CHECK has been presented to be cashed by the Payee.

Ease of use, trusted accuracy & security. Ability to perform multiple tasks. Since using my app for years now, rarely have I had the need to go into my branch except to day "hi" to the staff!

Everything I sign on the app does not give me the bio option for sign on. So I dance around with my passwords until I finally enter the correct one, set again for biometrics, then next time I sign on it does not offer again

It takes some time to get used to, but it's a great banking app. After you learn the interface, the layout is intuitive and easy to navigate.

been with kemba for several years now and their apps have always been stuck in 2008, pretty disappointing that you can't even display the same account information as your website. app is pretty useless as is

App works quickly and efficiently. I can transfer funds at checkout and the transaction is completed in real time, without delay.

Extremely easy, intuitive and convenient. I haven't been in a brick and mortar in about a year and a half.

The app only allows you to do basic banking needs. It is in desperate need if major upgrades to comform to the modern world.

worked great until today. galaxy s9 got a system update and now every time I open the app I get an error saying I dont have internet and the app closes.

I have a synced bank account to pay my loan but it doesn't transfer over to the app so I can't pay my loan using the app so it's completely useless for me.

The Member to Member transfer option is amazing and the entire interface is easy to use!
